By far the best haircut experience I’ve ever had. From the minute you enter your greeted and offered a beverage and treated so well. Marlene is one of the many talented stylist who have cut my hair and she in my opinion does the best job I’ve ever seen. She’s talented, really nice and is very precise when she cuts. I highly recommend setting up appointments online for an amazing experience.

Extremely disappointed. The chair seat was taped together. The stylist seemed to be in a big hurry and there was no one waiting. She cut my hair in 10 minutes and I had to ask her to shave the back of my neck. I will definitely not be returning to this location

This is the first time I visited this place, and left with mixed feelings.First, the staff is extremely friendly. They all receive you with a smile and even offer you a complimentary drink.No appointments are needed and the wait is very short.I always find it funny when I explain to a barber how I want my hair, their almost always question is what number of clipper do you want?. It feels like after letting a painter know that you want him to paint you a tree, he would immediately ask which brush do you want me to use?. Well, you are the artist, YOU should know.At the end, the hair cut was decent.Now comes my beard.I never had grown a beard before. So I was looking for a place that actually knew what they were doing. I explained to the receptionist this fact and that I wanted to hear what they thought I should do with my recently grown man fur. I wanted it to look neat, clean and presentable. She gave me her opinion and I liked it.But it seems that everything she suggested, she kept to herself because the girl that took care of me had NO idea what I wanted. And even after I explained myself again, she just looked at me and said well, what number of trimmer do you want on your beard?There is no pride nowadays on what you do for a living. I expected someone who would care about what they were doing, look and my beard and, as a person that I assume has done this hundreds of times, would say something like Dont worry, sit back and relax. Im gonna make that beard look nice and clean just like you want.The fact was that she just took the beard trimmer and Buzz!, and that was it. I had to tell her (which I had already agreed with the receptionist) that I wanted the clean areas of my face and neck done with a razor because I was told it was better. Long story short, I had to trim and re-shave everything myself as soon as I got home.I feel bad giving this bad review because the girls were very nice, but those are $36 Ill never see again.

Its just okay. Nothing much of a detail. I just came for a visit to Dallas and had the haircut. It was super fast. Nothing much to complain. They could improve the service by asking the customer of the level of detail and accuracy they wanted. More interaction is what I would hope before having an haircut.

My stylist Natassia is wonderfully AMAZING.. I come in she styles my hair just like I want it. She pays attention to details and goes over what you asked for just to make sure you are getting what you want. She is out going, friendly and sweet. Guys and Gals she knows how to style. Yall just need to come see her.

AWESOME NEW OWNERSHIP! I have been getting my haircut here for yrs and seen tons of turnover in management as well as stylist. I have to say that the new owner (Rubid) is also the lead stylist and has done a FANTASTIC job cutting my hair twice this month after taking over ownership. All the girls are super friendly and courteous. Elizabeth in particular goes out of her way to make sure your experience is a good one. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

What a great place! I needed a haircut and saw Knockouts. I went in and was greeted immediately. I was offered a drink (beer - soda, water) as well as a cookie. The staff was really great. Very positive and upbeat, quite unlike many places Ive been to before.I had a shampoo, haircut and a facial (wasnt planning on that, but they were doing such a great job on everything else, and my wife is always raving about facials...). It was all awesome!Rubid cut my hair and did the facial as well as head, neck, hand and arm massage. I was pretty relaxed by the time they were done!This Knockouts has a new owner, and all new staff. I cant speak to the previous crew, but these ladies are wonderful and deserve our support. They have certainly earned mine and I will make this my regular business for my haircuts (and maybe more facials too... ).Check them out - you wont go wrong.

This place was great. I never leave reviews but I wanted to leave one for this haircut place. By far the best haircut I’ve ever had. I felt important and the hair dresser took her time making sure every detail was worked out with my haircut. This place has new management and new ownership and is not like it used to be. Fair price and free beverages while waiting. Can’t beat it.

Looks like brand new owners. I wish them well and all, but I think they need to really up the game to continue the business. The lady running the front doesnt look like she has much experience doing this. I could clearly see a difference with how this place is run vs how other knockouts are run. For starters I was made to wait an hour or so, that too with an appointment and only 2 customers being served. The haircut starts and the lady doesnt know what shes doing and i could sense that. So i had to slowly tell her piece by piece what i would like. Not going to be back, but I do hope they get better and do well. I wanted to write this review only because I thought this might help them realize.

Ive been to a few Knockouts around Dallas now and they always deliver a great haircut at a great price. That stands true here, but at no other location have I experienced such fantastic customer service. These ladies really went above and beyond. I highly recommend this place for mens haircuts.

I havent been to Knockouts before, but Im told this place is under new management with all new stylists and had a really good experience! Liz did a fantastic job and was entertaining while performing the hair cut. Also had a good team work feel in the store. Would recommend and will be going back.

I have come to Knockouts 4 times, 2 times I come out with the best haircut ever, the other 2... Well, lets just say I couldve done a better haircut myself. The culprit of the bad haircut experience is a heavy set Latina women, younger, who sits at the very front. Awful haircut experience. Never even, always misses spots, doesnt take time. I will never be back unless they fire her. Truly the worst hair stylist of all time.

Since the change of management, this place has completly turned around. The quality of the services is WAY better than what it used to be. The workers are very friendly, make you feel right at home. They really take care of their customers, and I will definitely be returning and recommending this location to anyone in search of a hair cut

Had my appointment last Saturday. When I first arrived, I was greeted and offered a free beer as I waited for my stylist Rubid. I got the package that included a shampoo and a cut, and everything came out great. Comfortable and welcoming setting, fun conversation, and a clean cut. What else could I ask for. I will definitely make this Knockouts part of my monthly routine.

Unfortunately, one of the poorest haircuts Ive ever had.The good: giving a lot of people amusement looking at me, friendly staff, warm facial towel offered.The bad: oh dear, where do I start? Hair wasnt cut anywhere near asked. Very uneven haircut, where patches were left uncut and other parts were cut far too short. Hair was lined unevenly at the back only to be fixed by having to misalign the good side.No apology offered. Never going back.

This location is under new ownership and Lynn is the best! Completely fixed my bad haircut from a competitor and was awesomely skilled at a classic straight razor shave. The attention to detail in the facial and service was greatly appreciated. I will be returning ... probably for whiskey Wednesday!

I went to so many different places to get my haircut when I first moved to the are. But, I noticed I always ended up back at this location. And now, I don’t go anywhere else. I love the stylists that work here. All of them are very friendly and make you feel comfortable and relaxed. My favorite two are Rubid and her sister Ivone. Both give amazing haircuts and both take time to make sure everything is perfect and the way you want it. They other girls are great too! Just not quite at detailed as the other two. I definitely recommend any of their services! I especially love the mini-facial! The other services, like beard trimming and neck massage, are great too! Also, I love that they offer you a beverage so that way I have something to drink while they are styling my hair.

Got a great haircut and Rubid and staff are welcoming and friendly. Also the free drink was nice and price very reasonable. Ill definitely be going back in a couple weeks.

Rosie took care of everything that I needed done. She worked through every part of the haircut and made sure that I was aware of what may or may not work with my hair. I will continue to be a returning customer and recommend this place to anyone needing their hair styled.

If you want something basic, this is the place.If you want something more detailed, like a good fade, neck line, razored texture this is not the place.The ladies are super friendly, I’ll give them that. But for the $25 haircut.... not worth it.

Average hair cut couldn’t follow how I wanted the hair but it’s not terrible so it’s fine.

I booked online on the Irving (beltline) location and received email confirmation of my appt. I even called to ensure they would be able to cut my hair and when I got there the stylist tells me they are booked and my appt doesn’t show on their system, even after showing her my email I was turned down. Bad experience and never coming back to knockouts.

Bad experience today with my son. 7 yr old kid crying on the chair because of a inexperienced hair cutter. Yes cutter not hair dresser or cosmetologist. Bad customer service. I’ll be bumping this up to the owner and TDLR if need be. No establishment should ever have a level of bad service to make kids cry from a bad haircut! Worrible experience!!

I got the KO package done, my barber did it okay, poor lady she was alone and after I went there was a flow of customers, so the services were lil rushed, but for a 30 dollar haircut, I expected somewhat better especially need to improve on doing beards . Nice ambience and well maintained saloon.

Seriously the worst haircut Ive ever had. I had to go back to get it touched up by another girl, and even she was blown away at how bad it was. She was the only one there that seemed to know what she was doing, but she was scheduled to leave for a better job in the next week. They hire anybody who will walk around in short shorts even when they are definitely a girl you dont want to see in short shorts. I figured the extra price would at least mean they could give you a better haircut...wrong.

Worst haircut Ive ever paid for. Had to go back inside and she was reluctant to fix the cut. Terrible. I have to go to another barber to get it fixed. Waited 10 minutes for Kori to come out and the store was entirely empty. When she finally came out she looked like she was just sleeping.. Not a hard haircut, #3 all around with a neck shave. I had patches all over my head. She wasnt even paying attention. Didnt speak the entire time. Go to another location. This is by far the WORST haircut Ive ever received..

1st off, I would like to say the staff was friendly and courteous. But that was the ONLY good thing about my Experience. I Usually go to the North Irving location, but in a mistake of my own, I called and made a Reservation at the wrong location, I went ahead and went to the South Irving as I was way overdue for a haircut. I went in for my Normal Haircut and they had a $50 Deal going on for a Haircut, Shampoo, Facial and 10 min massage. I had a Little extra time, so I went for it. SO 1st off, the Haircut was incomplete. I Really didn’t notice until I got home because she put product in my hair and it all matted down. SO after my Shower I noticed she didn’t even finish layering one side of my head! Without Gel in my hair, my head looks lopsided LOL. OH, and the 10 min massage (she only massaged for 6 mins) then walked me over for a short crappy shampoo. After the Shampoo was the Facial. Now, I’ve never had a facial, so I have nothing to compare the Facial too. But I’m pretty sure that the warm towel should NOT smell like an old dirty shower towel. The Towel Smelled so bad it stayed with me ALL day. I kept Smelling BO everywhere I went. And to Top it off, 2 days later I get PINK EYE. YUP.. maybe a Big coincidence, but I’m Pretty sure NOT.. Ended up going to another haircut place to get my hair fixed, and they didn’t charge me. Thank you Sports CLIPS! I had to wait till almost a week later (After I got rid of the pink eye) but I just told them my horrible story and they didn’t charge me a Dime.

Lazy girls. Called ahead at 515pm to ask if there was a long wait. Lucky said there were two ahead of me. Soon as I walked in the door at 525pm and with the two gentlemen seated there, a redhead rudely says they have more than they can finish. I told them I had just called. They both shrugged, nodded, and mumbled with obvious chagrin. I sat down somewhat confused. By 530-535 they both had the two gentlemen in the chairs but after a while it seemed as if they were painstakingly stalling so that the other would be stuck with me. At 605 I walked out not just because the two gentlemen were receiving 30+ minute haircuts with no shampoos but because I was convinced I was going to receive a rushed and/or botched haircut due to the unambitious attitudes of these (dare I call them) stylists. Thanks but no thanks. LaShey would never had such lack of tact.

All I know is they don’t have haircut shops where I’m from that offer Shiner Bock and a shoulder massage after. Has me considering moving.

This is the worst place. They did not even finish my haircut which I paid for. The edging was a mess and one of my side burns was left undone. All they do is gossip and flirt with the clients and they think they can make it better by offering you a beer. Total disappointed

Very unstable staff, went in a few times and theres never the same person. One completely messed up my hair, and a pretty noticeable mistake but I didnt want to make a scene being that hair grows back, just never going to give them my service again. Over priced and over hyped, never again.

Worst haircut of adult life. Looks like I was in a fight with a weed-whacker. Fade is HORRIBLE and uneven. They didnt charge me but I still have to suffer with subpar cut until I can visit a different stylist and pay for a rescue. Avoid!
