I haven’t faced anyone who wont take inputs from clients and say “I know what I am doing and I do this kinda hair cut at least thrice daily”.I want to take length off my top hair by an inch and he used only thinner shear to do it,in spite of me asking him to use regular shear.Uneven edges, beard hair sticking out all over.Didn’t feel professional at all.I had a feeling of getting my hair done by a trainee.He also cut my skin with trimmer in 3 different places on beard and hadn’t even realized.I had to deal with pain from those clipper bumps for next couple of days.Thinking they are the best I didn’t mind waiting for 2 hours to get my hair cut as I didn’t had an appointment.Not for this!After all this,I had to go to other place to fix the hair and beard and pay again.

Fantastic place to get a hair cut. Its very clean! I highly recommend Gunner. He is good with kids and has been cutting my sons hair for a while.

First time going to Byron, and was blown away by his professionalism and his ability to cut hair to perfection. I felt appreciated from the moment i stepped in the shop. My son received excellent service from Chris. Chris was on point with everything. It was easy to schedule and I was able to get in the same day. He was ready to cut my sons hair at the scheduled time and gave quality services in a timely manner. He did the style we requested and was very calm with my 7 year old. Most importantly, my son loves his haircut and wants to go back!

Nice location, Chris is great. He really takes his time and never rushes, good attention to detail. Also means that a normal cut can take over an hour, so keep that in mind when you want a cut.Nothing too fancy about the location, good parking as well. This is major BAD review. Yes you read right BAD review. My son and I went to get our hair cut and I was the one that end up getting a cut in my forehead, my edges were horrible done and didnt event match, without mention that after my beard was trimmed hair were sticking out. my son edges was badly done as well. No coming back for me please dont waste your money.

I went in for a cut today and advised D that I was on lunch. Not only did he get my cut done, he also cleaned me up and styled my hair so I could go back to the office looking fresh. He went above and beyond and displayed excellent customer service. I am glad I have found his shop.

They have great barbers

Waited almost 2 hours to get my 1 1/2 yr olds haircut. By the time we got in the chair my kid was agitated because he was sleepy, so he wouldn’t sit still. I understand that’s not their fault. What I don’t understand is that Antwon did absolutely nothing to his hair, but chop a little piece from the front side of his head. He literally spent not even a minute on his hair. Yet, I was charged $17. In fact, my little guys hair looks worse because he has a random chunk of hair cut off the side. $17 for literally nothing?

I love my barber Chris.. The atmosphere here is laid back, comfortable but yet professional.

I had a bad experience with a barber down the road, and set a last minute appointment with 5 Star Cutz. I got set up with Tayk and he did a great job! Im not from Texas and have found a hard time finding a good barber, but Im glad I found good service and a great cut.

This was my first time at 5 Star Cutz. Tayk was attentive and friendly. He was not texting or on the phone (like the last 2 barbers I tried) while giving me a fade. That means my fade turned out exactly the way I wanted it to. Ive been getting compliments on my cut ever since. Im sticking with Tayk from now on. He does all hair types. When I walked in he was working with a professional Caucasian gentlemans mustache, beard, sideburns and hair. I like that Tayks versatile. All of the barbers seem to be able to work on all types of hair. They all work fast. Every client was happy and looked good going out of the door. The shop is kept clean. The floor was swept immediately after each client. And, prices are reasonable.
