I reached out to Robert online to get a quote to remove a wrap that was done on my car by the previous owner. The previous wrap was old and had many cracks in the vinyl. Robert gave me a very reasonable quote and set the expectations of what to expect once the vinyl was removed. When I arrived to pick up my car, I was pleased that my paint was in better condition than I expected. I am very happy that he was able to remove the vinyl and they provided such great service. My family recently started a business and in order to get great advertisement we decided to get all all of our personal vehicles wrapped with our business information. The quality of the wraps are impeccable. You could tell the workers and manager greatly care about about producing the best quality. The colors are so vibrant and the design is beautiful. Our organization Blue Christmas has had two trailers wrapped by RolArt and the wrap is sturdy, and the job was excellent. They promised a quick turnaround and it was! They have great customer service. They quoted a price and it was exactly what was quoted. I highly recommend them if you need a trailer, truck or anything else wrapped. We have also purchased yard signs and banners...each time it was a great product, delivered when promised. They actually go way beyond the norm to make it look great!

At first, they were very nice and pleasant to work with. Robert came to my shop, discussed pricing with me and explained the process. Everything went downhill as soon as we gave a down payment. There were many hidden fees that were not discussed with me prior to giving the down payment. We are a small business, and the way he (Robert) talks to his customers would get any employee here fired. We spoke to his office, were told to write out a check. I messaged him asking who I should make the check out to, he said the company name. Then, 10 minutes later he REFUSES to accept a check from us. Said he would not give us our truck back unless we pay with a card. The front office is great, and the wrap turned out amazing.However, we was uncomfortable throughout the entire process due to Roberts (the owner) bad attitude, irresponsibility, and unprofessionalism.

We have used Rolart for decals on five new vehicles and are about to take two more over to them. They do amazing work in a timely manner and with great customer service. I have referred them to several people including the dealership where we purchased the vehicles.My next job for them is designing and installing a wrap for an existing van we have.
