We are absolutely thrilled with our apartment in Playa Vista and love working with this company. The management team and customer service team at Montecito is fantastic. The Community Manager, Kameron Mohl was extremely helpful in assisting us with our renewal and worked diligently to monitor the markets and ensure we got the best rate for our apartment. He really went over and beyond. Thankful to live in such a wonderful community.
Pretty 3rd rate management. For the prices Im paying for my luxury apartment, at least hire some management with some class. No way Im renewing my lease with the Irvine Company - there are far too many regular annoyances and hassles from their managment team.
