The service ha great. I was able to finish my work quickly. I always had a good experience in this location.There was a woman who came to pick up her returned item. That item was not yet returned to the location by the driver. The FedEx representative got her phone number and asked to wait in her car. She will call her when it is ready to pick up.The expression on the customers face is an awesome experience to see. Great people and great service.
Worst customer service I have experience in a while. The people working there seemed to be in a really bad mood.All I was asking for was a shipping label pouch for my package but before I could even finish my sentence the lady interrupted me telling me that they dont print shipping labels.If she would have let me finish she would have known that I am just asking for a shipping label pouch and no printing service.
These drivers are either lazy or need to pick up the pace. I was home all day and there was no attempt to deliver my package like the tracker says. It’s convenient that this always happens around 8pm. If they’re late, I understand. But putting it off on the customer isn’t good business.
Dropped my ID inside the center, tried to call the store but stupidly their info online only provided the customer service number not a number for guest relations. Had to drive 30 min just for it not to be there. If a proper number was provided I could have saved myself a lot of time
They never delivered my packages on the day of and lied about no one home. I’m home all day, no one ring the door, checked camera, no one came. No notes left at the door. I had to called in all the time to arrange for pickup. 10 out of 10 times, I have to go pickup at the end of the day. Tired and hate these lazy drivers. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
Robert helped me out and he was great! Very friendly and patient with helping me find the correct packaging. This location was pretty busy and the employees were clearly hustling and working hard to get everyone helped as quickly as possible. Definitely appreciated the service. Thanks Robert!
Just heads up dont prepay and come in expecting them to print out your label. They wont do it. Have to go to a location where they can charge you to print one. You can buy a new lable tho for another $70 for them to press print on the printer right next to their associate. Pretty ridiculous. Now I have to drive to Laguna Hills just yo pay for a label to be printed so they can ship the package. What a joke.1 start raised to for the cool front desk guy.Still a dumb policy.

Spoke with customer service Rep at this location, I believe his name was Armando, over the phone and he was extremely helpful with rerouting my package and getting it delivered the next day. He even called me back with updated tracking.
This is the regional shipping center for FedEx. All trucks and package vans depart from this location. If you need to ship a package after hours this is a place to go. Staff is quite friendly, parking can be a challenge in the late evening. They offer all of the packaging and way bills needed to ship a package using FedEx Express methods. If you have to pick up a package be prepared for a wait, The staff has to walk back into the warehouse and locate your package.

After providing my drivers license and door tag for an company package that was supposed to be delivered to my house, Fed Ex members at this location bombarded me with additional questions. After explaining I worked at my company they went on to ask for my employee Id, pay stubs, and emails with my manager. This was not enough and management was called on me. I feel I was treated differently based on the fact that I am an African American and believe customers should not have experiences like. It’s time we start treating everyone as equals. Will not do business with Fed Ex in the future.

Driver said they tried to deliver 3times and they couldn’t get into complex. No tag left, I had to hunt package down. No way any effort was made. I have received multiple fedex deliveries here previously. Best of all, when I complained at the station where I had to drive to get my package, The person behind the counter said “maybe she had to park to get the package to you and she doesn’t park her vehicle.” Are you kidding me??? What does she do throw them out the truck door for every other delivery and hope they land at the right place?
There is a shipping room at our Apartment Complex and they keep delivering to my front door. Dont you train your drivers?

The effort the customer support rep put into getting me my package was really amazing. I wanted to get the package dropped off at a local ship center but the courier had already come to my house and I wouldnt be able to get it until the next day. But they coordinated with the driver and he made an extra stop back at my local ship center in order to get me the package on time. Thank you!

Its a FedEx center. There is plenty of parking and during my visit the staff was great. Everyone was friendly and professional and helpful to all the customers that I saw during my visit. There is a light at the exit to their lot which is nice so that you can get out and in the direction you want to go. Open until 8 but 6 Id the cut.off for next day shipping.

Located at the corner of Barranca and Sand Canyon makes it very convenient. Its usually unbusy and Ive always experienced kind and quick service.

Comparable to the Post Office on Sand Canyon as far as speed and service. For the amount of people they have to deliver to in the area they do pretty well.
Whats to say. Went to pick up a package that wasnt left at my door. Reasonably convenient though 8 miles distant. Short line for friendly post office-like service. Better than waiting over a weekend for another delivery attempt and then making sure youre home to sign.
Easy to park and get in/out! I think because most people dont know about this location. Friendly and professional staff that are quick to help. Sometimes I prefer going here just because the service is better than other mail carriers.

Fisrt I was attended by unprofessional agent (Daniel) who asked me to wait again to be helped by another agent after I wrote a shipping address that literally took me minute, she was rude enough to make me write this comment. The other agent was friendly and respectful.

Called and was told my package was here spent 2 hours driving to facility and waited another half hour for them to tell me they have too many packages and I have to wait two more days for delivery which today extended to 3 days for a package to go 30 miles? Then being slow is one thing but to waste my evening driving out there when they told me I could get package to only be turned down is extremely unprofessional. Please if your shipping to customers never choose fedex never have had problem with hundreds of packages through ups or usps
Describe your experience at FedEx Ship Center.Ive been using the FedEx for nearly 10 years now and love it/them.The ship center at 7000 Barranca Pkwy, Irvine, CA 92618 is the main location I frequent. The customer service and staff is great, very professional and friendly. I’ve only have had one issue with a shipment getting miss routed. However, it was tracked down and returned to me and I was given the option to send it out again at no cost – no hassle.Having worked in Transportation & Logistics on the freight side for years I understand how the system should work and I can tell you Fed-Ex does a great job~!
Be prepared to wait but the people running the desk are friendly and they hustle had no issues picking up my package.
I had four packages that we had to get to Australia quickly. Rear or able to run in here drop off our poor packages we had excellent service from the employees and our packages made it on time.
For overnight shipping go straight to Fed Ex. The people are courteous and helpful. Take your packages here to ship - the deadlines are later than if you go to a Fed Ex Kinkos or somewhere else. This is very helpful for me.Thanks for the great service. It was not cheap but you get what you pay for

Worst customer service ever experienced. Used a business account to ship a laptop, being told be a rude guy that I have to drive all the way back home to color-print a warning label for the battery and stick it on the box. Shipped it with UPS. They offer free stickers.

Although the staff were friendly inside the office, the delivery driver did not deliver on Friday and instead put “Business closed, no delivery attempt.” Despite my house not being a business and I was essentially home all day. Very lousy service for a delivery driver.
Very friendly staff, they care about your package and your issues with them...we use fedex daily at our office and sometimes problems do arise with deliveries, etc. this location is the closest to our office and they truly do go out of their way to help you solve the problem. Shelley Maddox, Kim, and all the other staff members are lovely to work with! thank you guys for making our lives easier!

At this Irvine location, youll have access to packaging supplies and tips too. In fact, youll have all the shipping support you need to get your shipments safely to their destinationNot True! This should be described as a shipping drop off & pick up location. They do have a sign that says Ship Center and there is a price list for all sizes of boxes, packaging, etc. But the personnel there said they couldnt box my shipment. So only go there if you have a fairly small item. I tried to ship a portable case tradeshow case 5 ft long, 4 inches deep by 6 inches wide. They sent me to 3882 Barranca to another FedEx office.

Every company can get into my apartment building except FedEx apparently. This location completely ruined my travel plans by failing to get my passport in on the time they promised. In the end I needed to hold passport at the location and wasn’t able to receive it until an hour later. I had to run out the house and speed all the to LAX. Long lines didn’t help either.

DO NOT SHIP WITH FEDEX!!! So Ive had a package that i ordered last Thursday just sitting around for 2 days now at this location just not doing anything. I ordered 2 day shipping and its now been 5. I live 15 mins away from this place and they say i cant pick it up because I made some bullshit commitment to get it on the day its scheduled to be dropped off and so far it has not arrived STILL. I call to get some kind of answer and no one in this building could help me. I will 1000% be using UPS from now on because Fedex is TRASH!!!
Only one employee was working leading to long wait times. A seemingly simple transaction was complicated due to FedEx delivery policies. Only gave it two stars because the employee was a bit rude.
Very poor company. the worst i have dealt with. i have been fighting with them back and forth about my package being delivered to my address. the address provided was not incorrect. i looked on the order i placed for shipment and it was not incorrect. when i called them to see if i can get my package sent back to my location for delivery they denied my request and told me i would have to go and pick it up myself from the shipping center in five hours. what a bunch of bullshit

I agree with some of the comments that have already been stated. My 1st time at this facility. Thank God there are other options. What a lazy group of people. I walked in and was by the woman behind the counter asked if I needed help with my package. I said that would be great and handed her my package. The woman then asked if I had any paper work, and I said I only had our account number. She pointed me to the rows of papers behind me and said I needed to decide how I wanted it shipped and to fill out all of the paper work. I was the only person in the office, but she found a way to put me off. As I filled out the paper work a few others came in and she told everyone of them that she would be right with them. Basically, she was close to getting off work and didnt want to take care of anyone in the time she had left. She kept calling someone from the back to come help her up front. She didnt help anyone in the time I was there, and finally left the room as another incompetent person took my package.
I called just to get a simple question answered and a man named Marvin at this Irvine facility answered a customer service representive and didnt even answer the minute I was done asking my questions he decided to just hang up the phone. That was very unprofessional and annoying I was being very polite.
Very fast and efficient service
I used to work for this location until my manager was changing my hours on my time cards to get me less pay and him bigger bonuses (adding in lunch breaks that I never took and removing state mandated meal violations when he would tell me to work through my lunch). When I reported it he got fired and coincidently I immediately started getting written up for things that couldnt be verified by the senior manager which lead to me being immediately forced on TTD and terminated before I could ever go back to work. I guess thats what happens after 4 years of dedication to this place...

Had two packages to pick up. Went the first time and i was not allowed to pick up the shipment even though i have my DL on me. They asked for Electricity bill or something similar. Went second time (the next day) and had electricity bill on me, but this time they gave me packages without asking for electricity bill. Pretty disappointed...
My replacement cell phone was picked up at 1pm in IN for an overnight delivery and promised to Orange County residential address by 8pm the following day. After waiting at home from 3pm on because the tracker said the package had arrived in L.A., not until 9pm did it say No delivery info at this time. then at 10am it said it was put on a truck out for delivery at 8:30 am today. it is now 11:30am and still no package but guess what? The tracker says it will be delivered BY 8PM TONIGHT! One would think they are smart enough to understand that a customer who orders a shipment to be overnighted needs it ASAP, even if it is late. Did FedEx just say to themselves, F it, the customer will just ask for a refund anyways so why bother delivering a late package to a residence, who we dont know has been waiting at home for 20 hours but instead will assume no one will be home until after 5pm, so we will wait until 8pm to deliver it the following day. Idiots! Why do they not deliver the late packages first?! In this case, It is my replacement cell phone so I am stuck at home for up to 9 MORE HOURS TODAY, without the ability to call and yell, er complain to a live human.

The lady is really nice and patient.
Lazy staff. Called fedex call center to schedule a pickup an item that had already arrived at the facility. The staff at the location however said the item will be loaded on to the truck the following day and would not dig it up. When it came down to it, she didnt want to look for the package herself and couldnt think of a decent excuse. My company will be using the Brown Trucks from now on.

Their policies need to be changed when in their the pick up a package they ask for photo IDI showed it to him it was the name for the address the I just wasnt the same but my drivers license was up-to-date and they still wouldnt give me the package
Extremely long line and Fedex is ignoring the line and keep the line holding up.Zero customer service whatsoever and I saw people just standing around watching only one person at counter.
