I have been renting office space here for a few months now. The office is clean and professional. Robin the receptionist is exceptional. She is responsive and always helpful. She made sure I had everything I needed to set my desk up. She makes sure that guests are greeted professionally and with courtesy. I would recommend This office to anyone looking for an excellent place to house their business.

We searched long and hard for the right location for our growing Irvine-based video production business and found it here at Irvine Office and Storage. We started with a small office and were able to move into a larger space that weve used as a studio for shooting corporate videos, social media videos and feature videos for a range of clients. We do lots of on-location work, too, but having an office in such a state-of-the-art building and with so many amenities has enhanced how our clients view us. We often use the conference room with the very cool ROUND conference table. The reception area looks like a hotel lobby with plush sofas for clients who are waiting for meetings. There is a cool, entrepreneurial vibe here and tenants are friendly and so supportive of one another. There is always fresh hot coffee in the kitchen and Robin, the receptionist, offers a professional impression when greeting clients and escorting them to our office. We love it here.

This is a cowork facility. When I walked in the main entrance, I was greeted by a receptionist without a mask. When I asked her why she wasnt wearing a mask, she mumbled something inaudible and walked to the back of the building, where she disappeared for 5 minutes. While she was gone, I had the opportunity to look around the space and found that not a single person was wearing a mask, and people were in small conference rooms sitting right next to each other without masks. Three people walked through the main area without masks and looked at me like I was from another planet. Stay away from this facility, unless you, like so many ignorant Trump followers, believe that this pandemic is a liberal conspiracy. If youre looking for a quality, affordable and responsible cowork facility, check out Spaces at the Quad. They have reasonable, flexible plans for any business size, particularly small businesses.

Just got off the phone with someone named Robin. Very rude individual. I called to inquire about offices and virtual offices. She kept trying to get me off the phone and said it was not her job to know how I could register for one of their offices. She insisted I do my own research and find out. Unreal experience.

The best prices and service. Modern design that really makes you feel pampered being here. Very clean and lots of glass walls too. You can choose a private office or. shared. You can even purchase limited hours if you dont go very often. Get your business mail sent here if you need a business address.

Irvine Office and Storage is a great facility with a very unique setup. It accommodates co-working, office space and also warehouse space all a single place. It really helps us with overflow space and I cant recommend it enough. The staff is amazing too.

We first started using the facilities 4 years ago for storage and mail service. However we been full time tenants here for just over 2 years. Fantastic facility and perfect location. Being a small business the service they offer here is amazing. Robin is the BEST. Dont know what we would do without her (honestly). She always goes above and beyond. Its nice to come to work each day to a friendly face. Chisty is also great, and will always find a solution to help you and your business needs. We recently moved to a bigger area and she was brilliant in making it a seamless transition.

I have been a tenant here for three years. It is a great value for a really nice office environment. However, even better than the actual space is the management staff. Robin does a GREAT job at the front desk. She is friendly, responsive, and makes everything a breeze. And our leasing coordinator Christy is also amazing. I cant ever imagine leasing anywhere else. Leased here for about 10 months and it was the best experience as a tenant I ever had. Sure, you can find less expensive places but with both cubicles and offices to choose from its a fantastic alternative to other executive suites.

Ive been at Irvine Office and Storage since September 2018. What I enjoy most is the 24/7 access to both my office and storage. The tractor trailer truck entrance bays and the super high speed internet. The onsite staff (Robin and Christie) are always friendly and ready to help out.Great conversations in the break room and common areas with the other tenants. Clean and nicely decorated.The internet speed supports ultra low ping in high bandwidth online games like League of Legends, Diablo 3 and CS:GO within NA Servers.As a full time motorcycle rider, the one thing that prevents the property from receiving 5 stars is the lack of any covered parking for us who ride.Hope this helps anyone who is seeking a flexible and full featured office.
