I went there for a periodontal cleaning.Instead of billing me for periodontal cleaning they submit a claim to my insurance company for root canal.When I ask them to submit the right claim, they tried to tell me that they wont change the claim even though its for the wrong service.After constantly going back and forth they agree to change it to an extraction claim.The thing is I DIDNT HAVE AN EXTRACTION.I tried to communicate with the clinic to find out why they are using a claim unrelated to my treatment. They refuse to answer the question.When they do respond its always to say they are super busy during COVID. So I offered to make the claim myself and I would need the materials I need to submit my claim to the insurance company.They completely ignore me.I tried to sort this out with the insurance company and the clinic by having a conference call, but the clinic refuses to answer the phone.And I also think its BS that they wont give you a copy of the x-ray that you paid for so you cant go to other doctors for a second opinion.They want you to pay them more for a copy of your own x-ray that you already paid for.I understand this is a business, but this place is certainly more business than a healthcare provider.Be very careful what they claim your insurance, your bill may not reflect the service you receive and youll end up paying more.

The staff and doctor make you fell like you are at home . They take care of your needs and use the best materials. They are clean and organized. Doctors are honest . Would chose this place in a heart beat

I am really disappointed even in this crucial time of Covid-19, I accompanied my friend ( who got Infection in her tooth or gum) we dont know but were worried and Dr.Tanaka did not bother to see why there was swelling, rather he was more interested in bridging the gap between other teeth which was not necessary, Totally Unacceptable !! I strongly request People to take action against such Doctors and to teach them the value of the OATH they took before coming to the profession, With these money making practices somewhere we are rapidly loosing Humanity from this world.

I was satisfied with the dental work done here. office is really upscale and their work does show it, BUT so does their price. Still, I would come back if I needed more work done.

They do great work and the multiple dental specialists give you great confidence in the different procedures from cleaning to prosthedontics.

After several months of research and Comparison with similar service providers, I decided to go with cunning dental and move forward with the procedure. After having settled on the total cost of 38K with Holly L. In the Irvine office, I was excited to get started. However, at the absolute last minute, they decided to increase the cost by over $4000 to take advantage of my commitment to move forward. How could I move forward after having experienced the blatant dishonesty and unprofessionalism that exist within the Irvine Cunning dental office. This should definitely be considered illegal and without a doubt an act that signIfies the lack of integrity and commitment in the best interest of their patients.This is fair warning to those looking to work with cunning dental office in Irvine California. So frustrating! After reschedule, had to deal with billing issues. I feel like just a number there, and customer service has gone out the window. There are lots of other options for dental care. I do not recommend Cunning Dental.

Often we don’t take the time to acknowledge a job well done. My experience with Dr Ben, Assistant Shardi and the entire Irvine office has been nothing short of remarkable. I had 23 teeth extracted and implants placed in one day. My pain level at it’s worst was a 3 out of 10! Having worked as a dental assistant I realize that a successful outcome is had with a Doctor and his staff that specialize in that procedure. Dr. Ben is the quintessential of the implant field. He is quick to say that he couldn’t do what he does without the outstanding team he has. Shardi is compassionate, knowledgeable and a pleasure to know. Dr. Jackson and my cleaning was excellent. My complaint is with the management. They took my insurance and received payment and then neglected to refund me the money for more than 5 weeks now. Very poor professionalism. I asked to speak to Dr. Cunnning and was told he doesnt work there. How can the practice be called Cunnning Dental when the dentist doest work there?

Hands down great service and quality care. I will definitely refer friends and family!
