Ive been a client since last year and Ive been around long enough to say I am very disappointed with this business. I use to come every week for 4 months and the moment my work schedule changed I couldnt be as consistent. The hair started growing so quickly after I wasnt able to come in every week and the last experience I had with them was HORRIBLE. Also, Id like to add before this that at no point in the 5 months Ive been going have they closed for COVID and they let customers be without masks even if other clients are present. If the dont want to close to make more money you would think theyd care about losing a client who has invested so much money in them and kept planning on doing so. Thats not the case. I had my period and wanted to cancel my appointment and even after being such a loyal and consistent client they said theyd charge me a cancellation fee of 4 sessions I had booked...comes to show how often I come in and how many hours I come in when I do so. I said I would come in regardless if it meant I would still get charged, but they said they couldnt do a treatment while being on my cycle, which I would agree if THEY werent the ones denying me a treatment and then charging me for it. To make matters worse, I was on the phone with them for 30+ min!! Just waiting for them to give me a response about what could be done in this case and how they could help, which I received NO help at all considering nothing was done. I told them I could end up going just like that (despite) my cycle as soon as possible if it meant Id still be charged for 4hrs of cancellation, but they kept me waiting only for them to HANG UP on me after waiting for 30min. Never have I been so disappointed and treated so poorly from a business that I have invested so much in BOTH time and money!! I understand its a service I want for myself and if they are a one star type of business it makes me no longer want to work with them.

Least painful electrolysis in orange county.

I’ve been receiving so many compliments on my skin since my hydrafacial at Nami’s! They’re knowledgeable about African skin and explain every step of the process. I live in San Diego but I will take the trip to Nami’s monthly to remain a loyal customer.

Nami is by far the best electrologist Ive came across. To be honest I am not the kind of person who takes time to write reviews, but this place is absolutely amazing in terms of stuff, quality of equipment, prices, etc.100% recommend and would have given more than 5 stars if it was possible!

Dr. Nami and her staff are very nice. Dr. Nami makes sure you understand how electrolysis works and why it takes the time period it does to completely finish. Havent been for their facial work, but would recommend if youre looking to have electrolysis done.

Im getting electrolysis done on my underarms by Nami. She is super friendly and works very quickly. Im so happy with my results so far and highly recommend this place for electrolysis.
