I ordered a Drobo 5c in December 2020. While I do understand the computer component shortage hit every sector of the industry hard, I did not expect to be charged for my order immediately and then have to wait nearly 6.5 months to receive it. I only got status updates when explicitly requested, and even then it was a rep telling me 10-12 weeks from that point (not when I ordered), and when that time had passed, Id reach out again and be told 10-12 weeks again.I did finally receive it, and Im very happy with the product. But Virtual Graffiti could do much better with communicating the status of orders to their customers and providing them proper estimates for fulfillment. From this purchase, I am unlikely to order from the company again.

I contacted Virtual Graffiti after finding them from a search result that they were the main provider of seagate enterprise storage solutions in the US. They got back to me within 1 hour. The sales rep, Dean, is a really nice guy and extremely knowledgeable. We discussed my needs. I honestly was going into the whole thing more as a test the waters type of thing, thinking the pricing would be ridiculously high. However, not only was the pricing not high...it was actually really good. I bought a pretty large amount of storage from them and it delivered straight to my warehouse on time. Packaging was amazing, everything perfect. Highly recommended.

I ordered new networking equip for my small business and had a great experience on the ordering side. Made it very clear and confirmed i was leaving for vacation and needed my new equip to show up next day (while paying for overnight shipping) and had sales person verify it was ok before ordering. Then after leaving for vacation it never showed and i had to deal with the problems while on vacation. Finally showed up 6 days after ordering it! Was offered a $100 ish credit, but quite frankly it was not about the money it was about my limited time off as a small business owner being interrupted bc of their errors. Honestly great customer service on the buying side but not great follow thru. If not in a rush might be ok. As a small business owner I hate leaving this but I feel it was warranted.

I have purchased many items through Virtual Graffiti over the years. My last experience was very disappointing and cost me almost $3000.00! I use an IT company to purchase my hardware / software, ship the items to them, they configure them and install them in my various locations. Unknown to me was that my IT company had moved, so the Watchguard firewall was delivered to the old location. It was never signed for or received by us and is nowhere to be found so I had to purchase it again. The purchase also came with a 3 year license each time. VG said they would check with Watchguard to see if there was anything that could be done but I have waited over 6 months with no help at all. Watchguard should have the serial number they shipped me and should not activate the hardware as it was stolen or misplaced and at minimum refund me the first 3 year license I paid for! I will have to look elsewhere for all my future hardware / software purchases and I would shop elsewhere if I expect any service after the sale!!

Wouldnt ship to PO box which delayed transaction, then they didnt ship for two weeks. Three weeks from the day I hit Enter it showed up. Perfect condition, but the new Ironkeys only let you use 16 characters which would have made this a deal-breaker if I had known.

Ever since the Windows 10 update, we cannot use the zixmail app as it will close out whenever you try to send an email or reply to an email. I spent hours and hours on the phone with customer service and basically just had to start using the website to send out any encrypted emails. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Quite a surprise when I was looking to buy some networking equipment and found this great company. They are one of the biggest sellers of networking equipment, but they still treat the small buyer very well. They are professional and very responsive. Last but not least their prices where in general lower than anywhere else on the internet.

The customer service was not a pleasant experience. Ordered license keys that are delivered digitally. Never got anything for hours. Called and spoke to various reps and never got a straight answer. Got lots of attitude. It turns out they didnt have the keys in stock. If that was the case they should have indicated not in stock instead of misleading someone to place an order and then wait for over a day.

Needed a product overnight. Called to confirm and was told this was shipping from a close location and this was not an issue (was paying for overnight delivery).After close of business, Virtual Graffiti sent an Email that the price needs to be increased and we need to approve before they can ship. Did not ship as planned. Took several days to get the product after price gouging and paying for expediting and overnight delivery.This company is just a simple broker, not and an actual seller of product. Price gouging, slow response and missed deliveries are the result of poor management at the broker level as well as the actual supplier level.Avoid if possible.

Great and personal service in the midst of a difficult time when everyone was looking for VPN licenses. I made an inquiry and received personal telephone calls back with the updates that I needed. In this day of hands off customer service, it was nice to actually receive calls and service. I would recommend.

It was time to upgrade the old pfSense firewall. I really liked the online chat with sales folks while researching products. Zyxel bubbled to the top of my list but there where questions and concerns before making a purchase. VG was patient answering newbie questions while helping me make the right choice for simple, automated solution. Very pleased with the performance of the USG Flex 200. Although Im still struggling with a few settings while figuring out what works best for my office. It is a bit more complex than I was expecting.

I asked for a in stock quote with overnight delivery. That took a week. When I finally cut the purchase order, they couldnt provide tracking for 2 days and delivered only one of the items. The delivered the one item to the wrong room number and my end user had to hunt it down. They finally admitted they didnt have the second item in stock and it would take 2 weeks to deliver. They credited my account back 5 days later

I found that they have a good selection of products at very good prices. My item (Drobo 5D3) took a long time to deliver due to manufacturers backlog. This VG could not control and I understand that. However, the reason I took off 2 stars is that even with this backlog information, they immediately charged my credit card. Items should not be charged until they ship.

The equipment arived on time and was easily installed. Acessing the site and logging in was difficult. After abandoning the first try, VG emailed me to try again and this time it worked. Security is important but I felt I had to provide too much information.

Great devices and decent prices, but the service was very bad. Emails not returned, sale made and then ghosted for days, had to call them to get them to process my order, than the devices shipped but not the extra licenses I purchased, which had to be sent in a different order.Every interaction I had with the company was bad, like they didnt want to be bothered to service their customers, which SonicWall has forces us to.Im stuck doing business with them, but I hope this review makes somebody take notice and get their act together.

Equipment seems to be good, got items within 7 days. The issue is Customer Service. I started a chat with their help and 1/2 thru my issue the customer rep literally quit without warning or reason. No help at all! Probably never buy from them again.

Wasnt sure at first. I made initial contact through a web form and it took a couple days to get a response. That just seems to be way things are these days for a lot of businesses finding their way in the post-covid world, and I wasnt on a deadline so it was fine. Once the ball got rolling, I couldnt have asked for a better interaction. Court Mellon was the rep that I dealt with. He heard my needs, knew which product would be the best fit, answered my questions intelligently, did NOT try to upsell me on any fluff that I didnt need, and managed to save me a few dollars off the list price. There was a slight confusion over shipping, very likely due to hurricane Laura and no fault of Courts or Virtual Graffitis, and everything still arrived in a reasonable timeframe. I would do this whole transaction again with VG without hesitation, and recommend that others do too.
