Receive quality service while saving your time and money. My experience was positive and I hope yours is too.In summary, during this crazy covid time my MacBook Pro developed a swollen battery. What else, right? I needed a quick replacement before my power source exploded (yes, rare, but I dont want to be the one) and to avoid permanent damage to the laptop case as well as prevent future damage to the keyboard, trackpad or other important innards.Did I mention this happened six months into the pandemic when all Apple stores are closed, for their safety and ours - which I completely understand, and my primary option was to ship to Mac, spend the price of a new laptop, and be without my current 5-year old laptop for 4 to 6 weeks?! When most of the workforce is forced to work at home, well, that was an unacceptable option.Fortunately three young guys are working hard at keeping their business afloat during this economic recession and could complete the battery swap same day. And on a Saturday, too!Yes, its just a battery swap and I could do it myself...but for nearly the same price I could get a subject matter expert to do it and let me know if theres anything else in my computer was affected. Enter Repair Zoom.Twas a quick and easy service repair at a reasonable price. No other issues and my computer is back where it belongs - on my desk helping me stay connected with the world.
WARNING this place is closed per the management company. Their website is still running and still sending out shipping labels but they are NO LONGER at that location and not responding to any emails, calls or messages. The website will gladly charge you for services though.[edit 3/30/21: Repairzoom picked up my package from a neighboring business and made the repair, shipping label printed but not received yet. Looks like they may be in business but will update once I receive my stuff back and Ive had a chance to check out the work][edit 4/8/21: Received the package back. Sent 2 items for repair, one was repaired one was permanently broken but I appreciate the effort. YMMV as they are no longer at that location.]
I have been calling to get an idea of when my Surface Pro would be picked up from UPS... and when it would be repaired... its been sitting for days now... cannot get through for a call or anything by its all automated and the voice-mail is full. I use my computer for work so its been a huge inconvenience. If they are unable to fulfill the repair or something is wrong I think there need to be some sort of transparency with customers who are waiting.Update:After weeks of them not picking up my device from UPS I had to request that UPS return my item to me. THIS WAS A PROCESS since they have their address listed as the shipper and receiver. I finally got my computer back not repaired. I disputed the charge with my bank. This all around experience was 2 months.Moral of the story:DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
I sent my Microsoft Surface Pro 7 for a screen replacement and they messaged me about what exactly was wrong with my tablet. We found a solution and boom good to go. I felt comfortable sending my device here from Delaware which is all the way in the east coast. So thats saying something. 10/10 from me. Who ever fixed my tablet. You did a great job.
I rarely leave 5-star reviews so hoping this is helpful. These guys are the best. I’ve been in several times over the years and they always do a quality job. They are professional, honest and personable. Yesterday I brought my iPhone in for repair as it became stuck in a reboot loop. Not always an easy fix. But these guys really came through! Richard, Marcello and Dan literally solved my problems and let me get back to my exciting semi-quarantine life!
While I was initially happy with the repair that was done at repair zoom unfortunately I think I am going to be left out to dry with my situation.Less than a week since the repair the screen broke under just the pressure of a screen protector install. This is not the first time I have installed a screen protector and obviously wanted to protect the repair that was made but I dont think a screen should crack under such a minimal amount of pressure unless the screen used was defective.I called the store and the person who answered said it would be a new full price repair and dismissed any chance of the screen being at fault. He told me the manager who could determine wether this could be covered under warranty was away for a week and advised me to email the sales team from the order ticket so at this point I am hoping to hear back.
I placed my order got charged on my card. No response from them on phone or email. My item for repair not accepted fro delivery. Now I am calling and following up with USPS to return my package back so that I can get it repaired locally. I understand the situation at this time, however, if you are not servicing then why not list that on the website and not take orders. Very un professional.
I rarely, if ever, post reviews, but Im forced to do so in this case. I apparently made the poor decision to send my iPad Pro 9.7 in to RepairZoom to get the screen replaced. I placed the order online and the process was seamless--at first. I paid for expedited shipping and tracked the unit to find that it was delivered and signed for 2 days later, on 10/14. Ive called each day and emailed several times with NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. Im only looking for confirmation and a lead time. Every call is answered by a voice recording, but you cannot leave a message because its full.I realized these are some crazy times, but this kind of thing is inexcusable. Very disappointed as this sounded like a reputable business but apparently I shouldve read more deeply into the reviews.

I went by 3 different times (during business hours) and the office was closed. I proceeded to leave multiple messages and emails and no one ever got back to me. Finally someone answered my call and sent me a shipping label. They have now had my ipad for 4 days and no one is answer the phone or email and I cant get my device back.UPDATE: After getting in touch with RepairZoom they explained that they had some delays due to COVID-19. Since I lived close by they went ahead and had someone drop off my ipad the same day. The repair was perfect and no issues after 2 weeks of less-than-gentle use by my son everything still works. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and try using their services again.
I sent my computer in for repairs on 10/22. UPS can’t deliver because they say the business is closed. The phone goes unanswered and the voice mailbox is full. Emails also have not been answered. What’s going on?Update 11/5. Delivered. Still no contact from company.Update 11/17. I had a friend who lives in CA drive by the shop. At noon on a weekday, no signs of life. Ive made almost daily calls that have gone unanswered and sent 6 emails without a responseUpdate 11/19. They responded to my 6th email saying that the repair is done and the computer will ship back to me tomorrow. They apologize for the delay but no explanation as to why no communication or the delay.Update 11/27. My computer is back with the repair done so I am upgrading to a 3-star review. If you want a timely repair and updates on the status of your repair, this isnt the shop for you. It took a month and 5 days for me to get my computer back and 27 days before I received an email from the company. They do not automatically update you on the status and they dont answer the phone or return call.Update 11/30. My son has been using the computer since 11/27 and today he pointed out that there is a stripe/band running across the bottom of the screen. I called repair zoom and the call went to voicemail. given that none of my other calls have been returned, Im not confident that there will be a call back. I also sent an email to the company with a photo of the problem. Given prior lack of communication, I will bump my review back down to one star pending contact from repair zoom about how to proceed.Update 12/2. No call back and now voicemail is full again. No response to emails. The screen is worse. Computer not usable because of it. So this company wont communicate with you and therefore when the repair fails you are out of luck. Ill update if they actually fix this problem. My advice:YOU ARE BETTER OFF GETTING A NEW DEVICE THAN WASTING YOUR TIME AND ENERGY DEALING WITH THIS COMPANYUpdate 12/8: Nothing has changed. Unable to get through by phone and my emails have not been answered. The repair they did took over a month and lasted a day before going bad.
I send a phone to their locations and they received it around a month ago so far I have not been able to get them on the phone or get response to any of my emails. If you are looking for a way to loose you money and get your phone stolen than this guys are the right people otherwise take your hard earned money to a business that takes care of their customers.
We brought our MacBook Air in with a stuck key and they were able to fix it in the spot. The best part was there was no charge! These guys were quick, friendly and helpful. They are now on my short list for electronic repairs
I would like to be subtle in my praise, but honestly Dan and his company deserve some high praise. I called around multiple repair companies for my broken iphone, but I really appreciated the fact that Dan took the time to explain in thorough detail what type of parts would be used and answer all my other OCD questions.When I went in for my repair, I got the opportunity to meet Dan and he was as friendly, polite and knowledgeable as he was on the phone. He was even kind enough to mention if I checked in on Yelp I would get a coupon they were promoting. Who does that...so cool. No hustling for a quick buck here, just honest service with a smile. Good stuff!Definitely give RepairZoom a shot if you need any repair work. Fast, friendly, honest service at a fair price.
A friend recommended RepairZoom a year ago, when I needed my iphone repaired and my experience was so good that I knew exactly what I needed to do when I, again, dropped my iphone...twice, and shattered the back glass. Once again, they were phenomenal. My phone looks new and the customer service was impeccable! They are professional, inexpensive and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!
They did a great job fixing my fathers iPad pro 12-inch version (battery replacement). No one else wanted to touch it because they were afraid of breaking the screen but they not only were not afraid they didnt break the screen and it came out perfectly :-).
Once again TheBest service and so very friendly. My iPad was repaired In less than 4 Hours . I have used RepAir Zoom for many years. And an added blessing is the owners dog Teddy! I wanted to take him home but I know he would have missed his master. There are not many places that have this kind of customer service. Try it...you will not be disappointed.

DO NOT USE! Our company sent a tablet for a simple screen repair on 10/30/19. IT was delivered on 11/4/19. WE have not heard from them since. No confirmation of receipt (we checked tracking to verify) no answers to emails or calls. They have essentially stolen our property AND charged us for a repair. All we want it our tablet back and a refund for the service they did not perform. We have taken additional steps to get our money back and have reported this company as fraudulent and have reported them for theft. I will not give any other details, just in case we have to take this to court. It just seems they respond to reviews and not their emails or voicemails. My assumption is they are either way too overwhelmed and dont know how to say no to more business or they are a theft ring with a really good website.Edit: Still not changing review. However, was just informed that after we sent to the District Attorney and opened a dispute for the repair charge, they have suddenly shipped it back and it is en route. We will see if it is the same item we shipped and properly fixed. Will not be updating beyond 1 star, even if received, because this is a terrible way to conduct business and I believe had we not wasted extra time and resources, we would never see it again.

I work in Irvine and have been there multiple times; I have had an iPhone screen repair and multiple iPad screen repairs (my dogs tail seems to have an iPad destruct feature - ugh!). Ive used the repair service for my Apple products, such as my iPhone and my family members iPhones. Ive always been greeted and treated professionally and exceptionally, but have never written a review until now because the new tech there, Josh, was kind enough to point me to a coupon for $10 off the screen repair of my iPad. Thanks, Josh! Coupon aside, after dropping a mug of hot coffee on my iPad, the screen cracked and droplets of coffee seeped into the iPad itself. I brought it in on a Tuesday afternoon with some faith and a little hope that my iPad would be salvaged. The tech took a look, assured me hed do his best, and pointed me to the coupon. Less than 24 hours later, he called me back telling me it was ready for pickup. I tell ya, the iPad looked like new and worked better than ever. These are my go-to guys for all my iPhone and iPad needs. Thank you, RepairZoom!
Run as far away as possible from this company!!! You are putting yourself at MAJOR risk using them. They say they offer free shipping.. well just for your info, they only insure your electronic at $100 so if something happens to your electronic while shipping, you will not see that money or electronic ever again!! We shipped our son’s iPad to them and it was stolen in the mail and now we are out over $1,300 and even though the owner said he would “make it right” he never did. Also, it took over 2 weeks for him to even refund me the $425 for the screen repair. Do yourself a favor and find another company!!!!I have begged him to make this right as he said he would, but still refuses.
UPDATE: Just spoke with the owner who apologized for the delay and is promising to return my iPad Pro and discounting the repair fee as a gesture of good will. I am upgrading my review for now. When I get a functional device back (hopefully soon) Ill update this review again.UPDATE: WAITING FIVE MONTHS NOW!! No one has contacted me or answered my phone or email messages. They received my iPad on 14 January.UPDATE: Repairzoom has had my iPad Pro for FOUR MONTHS. The have not responded to emails or phone messages and they have provided no updates as to why they have not returned my iPad.

I sent them my iPad Air2 in for just a battery replacement, I tried calling them for days I left many messages on there phone answer machine I even sent them and left many emails, They dont return your calls or your emails, They billed my credit card over the phone sent me a shipping liable and to this day no answer from them, I know they received my iPad because Dan the owner signed for it I have a conformation from UPS saying they diliverd it to his business and Dan Bassett is the owner of the company I dont what kind of game he is playing, You hear all these good reviews about the company but I think they are fake reviews, All I am trying to do is just get my Apple Air 2 iPad back from them, At this point I would not recommend this company they have an ( F ) rating from the BBB Better Business Bureau for customer service and many companint,
This place absolutely saved me. I found it from a Google review from someone saying they fixed a phone that had fallen into the sink and it was my last hope. I dropped my phone into water and it wouldnt turn on at all. I took it to the Apple store and they didnt even look at it - they just told me it was completely ruined, I couldnt recover any of my data off it, and Id need to buy a new phone from them. Being an idiot, I hadnt backed up my phone for almost a year and faced losing at least 7,000 photos. These guys were extremely professional and had my phone back to me the day after I brought it in, with everything intact and working except the fingerprint ID, which I can definitely live with considering Apples prognosis. I am so grateful to RepairZoom. Anthony is awesome. I will never go to Apple again if something goes wrong with my phone. I have been to RepairZoom multiple times and have gotten several different repairs done there. This has included iPhone screen repairs, cracked iPad screen repairs, MacBook Pro hard drive upgrades, and lots of other iPhone repairs for my family and even some of my friends. And some of the repairs they have actually done FREE for me. This is a locally owned company. It is not some franchise from Florida or New York. I love supporting local OC businesses and this one is worthy of support. I have known the owner for a long time, and he is a kind and genuinely good person. They service the local community, support high school athletics, and donate to charities. They have a 5-Star rating for a good reason. I checked few other reviews for RepairZoom and cannot fathom some of these to be accurate. But even still, it’s my go to business for repairs. They will do everything they can to fix your device at an affordable price. These guys are honest and reliable. I trust the team at RepairZoom in Irvine. They have my Apple iPhone and iPad screen repair business for life.
I had many repairs done here in the past and got great service at a good price. Then I took in a computer to be repaired. They said it would be the next day, then two days, then they disappeared for a week now. They dont answer the phones, their voice mail is full, they dont respond to e-mail, they dont come into the shop (Ive stopped by two late mornings and one early afternoon, both times not near lunch time). There were even delivery attempts by UPS stacked up on their door. Theyve just disappeared. I dont know if theyve gone out of business or on vacation or what but it would have been nice to let me know before taking the computer and disappearing.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR DEVICES HERE. I left my Surface here 2 months ago. First they told me the parts were defective and they would call me when it was ready, they have never called me. Now they do not answer their phone or return my messages, that is when I can leave one because there answer machine is often full. I have stopped by 2 times during business hours and they are closed. There is nothing to indicate the status of the business. I talked to their neighbors and was told they come and go at odd times. At this point I just want my device back.PLEASE RETURN MY CALL,MALL I WANT IS MY SURFACE BACK, I WILL NOT CAUSE TROUBLE OR ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK.

Horrible experience. They took my $300 and disappeared. Called probably 20 times over a week, sent emails, nothing. I think they are closed. I’ve contacted my CC company to fight the charges. They also still have my iPad Pro which I wanted them to fix. I don’t expect to see that device ever again. Spend the extra money and go to Apple for repairs.

I just got my cracked Apple Watch repaired at RepairZoom in Irvine and they did an amazing job. A friend of mine told me about this place for iPhone repair and also MacBook repair….but I called them up and found out they also do Apple Watch repair!! I have the first generation Apple Watch and seriously you cant tell that the screen was even cracked before. RepairZoom iPhone repair is really easy to find near Irvine spectrum - very easy going people here super smart company. I wish I owned this place!

They called me to charge me so they can ship them back so I paid them and they never sent the devices back. Ive tried calling back many times and Ive only been able to reach 1 person (Patrick) but he says he needs his boss to come print him shipping labels or something. Really not a business you want to work with. I work for a big Ag company and was planning on sending them all our broken devices but we are definitely going elsewhere now. I had an incredible experience at RepairZoom! I dropped my phone in the toilet and decided to try the ol bag of rice trick. Well, my phone survived the water, but not the rice... I managed to get a grain of rice stuck in the charging portal and couldnt plug it in. I went to RepairZoom since they are near my office and are open early, at 8am. They were able to get the rice out within a few minutes and didnt even charge me for coming in. Thank you for great service, repairing my phone, and not charging me a penny! You can bet Ill be back if I ever need phone repairs in the future.

We got our broken iPhone repair here recently and it was a great experience. Have used RepairZoom in Irvine in the past and have always found their service worth the drive from Mission Viejo because of their excellent iPhone screen repair quality. Dan was super helpful in replacing my shattered iPhone 6+ screen. I was able to contact him early in the morning right as they opened and helped me get my phone fixed by the time I was off work! Amazing customer service, a very clean and professional storefront, and impeccable quality in their work. I cant even tell it has a different screen from when I first got it. I already told everyone in the office about Dans great work just in case they need their iPhone repaired also. Highly recommended!

Do Not get your devices serviced here. They’re entirely unresponsive and unprofessional they will not keep track of your device or what happens to it. I sent my iPad Pro to them and they lied about the repairs and repeatedly changed their story about what was wrong with it. When I finally got it back after paying much more than what I should’ve I found that my screen was damaged. I tried to contact them multiple days in a row during business hours and left messages but they don’t answer their phones and they won’t let you speak tot he manager. This place is dishonest and deserves zero stars.

I brought my device in for repairs on Monday September 27th for repairs. I was told that they would be unable to repair the device on-site, but would be able to send it to a location where the repair could be done. I made it clear that while I was interested in the service, I could only afford to use it if they could assure me that the device would be available for pickup on Friday September 31st. I returned on Friday September 31st to pickup my device, and was told that the device was not available for pickup. I made my displeasure with this clear and was assured that I would be able to pick up the device the following day (Saturday,. September 31st). When I went to the store on Saturday, the location was locked up despite the posted hours saying that they should be open. I have tried on several different occasions to call the business, but they have not answered the phone number listed.
Amazing costumer service! We had already been to Apple Store and was told that the charging port was bad and they could do nothing but sell me a new phone. Looked around and found Repairzoom and they diagnosed my phone for free! All I needed was a new power cord! Battery was fine, charging port was good, saved myself the hassle of a new phone. Will be back when I need my cracked screen repaired!
This place seems to be living up to the bad reviews, not the good ones. I shipped an iPad to them 3 weeks ago for a port repair and paid $186. It was delivered but there has been silence ever since. Ive called three times, emailed 3 times, nada, zip. No email acknowledgement, no ETA for the repair. Emails go unanswered and their voicemail box is full. I sorely regret sending my iPad to them and feel like I am only at the start (based on how long some other reviewers have waited).
Just got an iPhone repair here and these guys are great. Busy but fast place WORTH THE DRIVE. I had a cracked iPhone 6 Plus screen and it was less than $100 for the original iPhone screen repair LCD.

Awesome service. Extremely courteous and prompt. Brought IPAD 2 in for cracked screen in at 9:15, said it would be ready about Noon because their were a few ahead of me. Called at 10:25 and it was ready! This is on Dec 23, they deserve all the praise they get.
I had previously had good results sending various phones for repair until April 24, 2019. I sent an iPhone 7 for a charging port repair and an iPad Pro for a screen repair. For weeks I couldnt get ahold of anyone at the shop, I left messages, no response... eventually the voicemail become full. UPS tried multiple times to deliver my items to RepairZoom and then someone finally accepted the package May 7, 2019. Finally on May 21, 2019, I was able to speak with Joe at RepairZoom. They had my items, would complete the repairs, and send them back to me this week.Many calls and several weeks later I finally received a return package. The iPhone 7 repair to the charging port was a complete fail and while fixing the screen on my iPad they managed to break 1) the home button so that the Touch ID does not work and 2) the iPads Bluetooth.Why am I posting this review now?... Over the weekend they tried to send me another invoice for the iPhone repair! I now had to spend time in PayPal and figure out how to cancel the invoice for the second time.Here is what I stated when cancelling the invoice:I am again cancelling this invoice as the repair was never completed. I have spoken at length with Joe while my items were in the possession of RepairZoom for several months and then since. For a long time no one was operating the business and the phone was never answered, no one would return my calls. When you rehired Joe he finally sent me my items but the iPads home button Touch ID and Bluetooth were broken during the screen repair and the iPhone 7 was not repaired at all. The phone never took a charge since its return. I was able to speak with Joe about this and he agreed that there would be no charge. He also told me that RepairZoom would repair my iPad touch ID and Bluetooth free of charge but I do not trust RepairZoom anymore so I will not risk sending it back to you. Also, I can never reach you by telephone anymore. If you want to call me you may at XXX-XXX-XXXX. If you leave a message with a good number then I will return the call.Side note: Joe did say that he would send me a shipping label to the have the damage to my iPad fixed but he never sent it to me.Though they didnt answer the telephone today, to their credit, they did send me a response email and agreed to not dispute this invoice any further... they also offered me a $25 credit, though sadly that wont come close to covering the amount it would cost to have the Bluetooth and Touch ID repaired on my iPad.Conclusion: Used to be a great business. I am not alone in having a horrible experience this year. I hate writing bad reviews but I rely heavily on feedback of others - be very careful.
Got my iPhone repaired here. Also bought a protective iPhone case. As with the many other reviewers I had great service. I also found them to be the lowest price for iPhone repair. Its close to the Irvine Spectrum Center and close to Laguna Beach. Easy parking. My whole repair took 30 minutes. 5 Stars. Thank you guys.

I thought my iPhone was done, had a horrible experience at Office Max, they actually damaged the phone even more, said they would have to ship it out to have any chance to save it, took it over Repair Zoom and in about 15 seconds he fixed what they broke and 30 minutes later my phone was back to perfect working order!!! Oh and it was about $50 cheaper :-) THANKS for the most excellent professional service...
Sent my iPad off on 11th of November it is now the 18th of December and have heard nothing about the status of my repair order. I am afraid I may never get my iPad back don’t use this company they are unreachable and legal action may be needed to get your device back.

I sent in to repairzoom to repair cracked glass on apple watch. I was otherwise very happy with the experience, got the watch back quickly. Unfortunately, the repair failed. The glass almost immediately became separated from the watch. Very disappointing. I will be contacting customer service to ask them to redo the repair.I changed my review back to 5 stars. Originally was 2. I contacted repair zoom. They were very apologetic. Immediately arranged to get the watch sent back, repaired it right away and sent it back, followed up with another phone call to make sure we were satisfied and apologized again. They even included an apple charger cable as a token gift to make it all right. Ive been using now for a few months. All is working as it should.Stuff sometimes happens (the mess up). Customer service is about the Fess up and the Dress up. They did a nice job at winning back a customer. I will definitely use them again.

Friday October 25, currently 10:17 am and nobody is here. I’m trying to repair the glass on my ipad. Website says walk in are welcome but how if there is nobody at your store?Also phone goes to answering service.
The first time I had gone to RepairZoom, the service was great! I needed a battery replacement for the iPhone 6 Plus, and I got it done with a few minutes. The phone was working perfectly fine, until the next day, when suddenly, the corner and side of the screen began to turn black, and the battery wouldn’t charge past 3%. Now, I had noticed that customer before had an issue with his phone, when the worker hadn’t completely put the screen back on, but little did I know the same screen issue was going to happen to me. I wasn’t able to immediately return to the shop to have it fixed, so a few weeks passed. Until today. I called in, explained the issue, and asked if I could have it fixed. They said that they could give it look. I finally arrived to the store, only to see that that had closed an hour early, and had failed to let me know. I’m awfully disappointed, and I hope the next time I return will be a better experience!
They have had my IPad since March 26th! They never answer their phone, voicemail is full and every time I get through they say the IPad will be shipped the next day and I still don’t have it! Unbelievable!

I sent my ipad to this company on 4/8/19. Spoke with them for the next 2 weeks and they said the parts they needed were defective and were waiting for a new part to repair and ship out. Today 5/20/19, Ive been calling for a month to learn the status of my repair and they wont pick the phone, wont return my email, wont answer Twitter, not Facebook page. Stay away from this company. I lost a functioning iPad Pro 2, 2nd Gen, 12.9 that needed a new screen.
They have my $800 ipad and my $300. Called my credit card company to dispute the charge but Im out on the ipad that i am still paying for through my cellular company. I know I will never it see my ipad back now.
They kept 2 of my ipods for 10 months. Every time I called to check if they were fixed they said they needed more time. I went there today and they STILL HAD NOT FIXED THEM. Over the phone Anthony told me he would be able to fix one of them and he would do it for free since they held them for so long. I dropped them off in January, went in today 11/21/16 and they were NOT FIXED. Owner Dan said he would try to fix them now. I didnt have time to wait since I had to go to work in LA, I gave him 30 min to try to fix one and when I came back he simply said he was going to return them to me now. He wasted my time just like his employees did. These people have a horrible business model and should not be allowed to treat consumers like this.If you want to be jerked around for 10 months and not have your technology, by all means come here.If you prefer to be treated like a paying customer and have dialogue about the product you need fixing GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!These people are LIARS and will simply WASTE YOUR TIME!
Jose was very nice on the phone. Dan in store was very helpful and very kind. Thanks for the fix resurrecting my old iPH4 guys. The value, repair time and service was as promised and more. Tip, first time there as in the Google photos for the place look for the sign with address 16 Technology Drive. The businesses look a bit the same, when parking, look for the RepairZoom logo on the window to park close and find the front door. Hope you guys liked the Thievery Corporation station I put on your iPH Pandora in the lobby :D
On a Sunday, my I Phone 6S battery died completely, would not charge, I saw only few places open on Sundays, stopped at a store on Lake forest, quoted me $75 but did not have battery in stock, so I headed over to this place, too care of the problem, replaced Battery in 20 min $40Honest, Pro, Reliable & Friendly

Go to the Apple Store if you broke your screen glass. Dan the owner was a total d^*k.1. When collecting mended phone was told “screen we installed was defective come back in another hour we dont have the part”2. Came back to a totally disabled phone. Tech wanted to help me but owner talked over him to get me out if the door because I had already paid.4. Took 48 hours to reinstall phone entirely from scratch, lost some stuff.3. Called Dan the owner who repeatedly said “wait 5 minutes” DOH, then said sorry we cannot help you to get me off the phone.5. Reinstalled phone rebooted when trying to make or recieve a call. Went to the Apple store, they would not help me as I used a third party.6. Back to RepairZoom, they did not have the part they broke in the first place. Had a further long wait to finally get my phone back.7. Still having some issues with touch screen, does not work when clicking on links.8. Screen cover on screen I was charged for was much smaller than the phone and wouldnt stick.9. Wasted 4 days of time and lots of unnecessary stress in Xmas week.10. Go to the Apple store!!
Cool repair shop and definitely best in OC for iPhone Repair or their iPad repairs. Cheapest iPhone repair for sure and they use the original iPhone LCDs if your iPhone screen is cracked and you need whole repair. Cool clean repair shop and 30 minutes is all my iPhone screen repair took last time I was there.
Friendly staff, very professional, reasonable price. Easy to park a car too.

Thanks for wasting my time RepairZoom. I drove 30 minutes to your location to drop my MacBook off for repairs only to show up to a closed office during business hours. No note or sign left on your door as to when youd be back. I even called and left a voicemail and no call back. Bad business practices.

Avoid - please. This place has changed ownership hands several times and the current ones are running it into the ground. Employees are at a loss, no parts, cheap knock off parts if available / used... no consideration for appointments or time, bad attitude, bad service. RepairZoom gave me perfect service and results. Ipad2 screen cracked from cartwheels down the stairs. The folks at RepairZoom replaced the glass and bent the corners back into place. I dropped off the ipad at 8:30am, was done at 11am, even though Id said 5pm was fine. Drop-off/pick-up flawless, pricing was as promised. I will return if I have the problem again.
