I called for a computer desktop repair. The process ended up being long and complicated, but the computer is finally back and working well. I had an old work iPhone X that I used for my work travels overseas. Had about 80,000 photos and a ton of information on that phone that had suddenly stopped working. Had a great experience although my phone wasnt fixed!- he said I would have to factory reset my phone to make the camera work, but I wasnt prepared to at that point. So he put back my camera by himself and didnt charge me for his time at all!
