I’m not going to waste my time with the story. But just check out the reviews before you commit to a long lease with any company. Lesson learned. My personal opinion is this is a trash company.

Horrible IT company. No notification when our server was not backing up. Scheduled windows updates during your workday and our computer crashed.Remon and Abed worked tirelessly to restore our server. They are the only good thing that company has to offer. If you value your business choose another IT company.

We used to be a customer of this company 6 years ago. This month, we received a fake statement from the company (check was to be made out to Cell Business Equipment or CBE and to be mailed to their office address (same one displayed by Google). This tells me that the company is trying to scam previous customers with fake bills. Company was not forthcoming with providing any information for this statement and I am truly shocked at how little this company cared.

As an ex customer of CBE I must warn future customers about their Director of IT, Abed Farra. This guy was a joke, extremely rude and was terrible at responding to emails and following up with us. I cannot speak for their services or the rest of their team as we ended up going with another IT company who was much more responsive and understanding of our needs.

Warning!!!We had a signed contract with CBE and they violated the terms of the clearly defined agreement. Once we brought this issue to the attention of senior management, they still would not honor the agreement. Therefore, we highly recommend that you do not do business with them and select another vendor for your needs.

I was having a lot of issues with my desktop and this company does our IT and their service was pretty good. The gentleman I spoke to (Bobby I think) was a little unprofessional as far as how he spoke but did resolve my issues pretty quickly.

Customer service is not on the list for this company. I hate writing negative reviews and truthfully never do. I let people make things right. I get if you made a mistake. Everyone does it. But this company outright lies to your face. They ignore your issues and act like this is the first issue they have ever had. Well reading all of the other reviews its clear that they know what theyre doing. We are 3 years into a 5 year lease and have had nothing but a terrible machine that was broken from the first few weeks. It never did what we asked of them and they have tried to blame us for getting the wrong machine. We hired you as the professionals to match us up with the right machine and yet its our fault that we agreed to a piece of garbage?!?! Service techs are tired of coming over to fix the same issues. Ruben Soto is worthless!!!Just when I thought they were going to fix the issue, they didnt. They finally agreed to give us a new machine and they did! An amazing machine too! We were so happy!! But...with a new 60 month lease. This is not what we agree to! We agreed to get a new machine to finish out the rest of the term! 2 years, not 5 years! Well when we didnt agree to that they came and took the good machine and brought us back the piece of garbage.I am a business owner and someone who works hard to make my customers happy. But this company doesnt care!

Never used this company but probably won’t. Driving on a road changing from two lanes to one, I was moving over and out of no where was passed by your employee in his work car. He was going 60 in a 45 and had to pass me in the turning lane. He then had a hard time slowing down as he went by an elementary school with kids crossing the street, walking to school. If this is how your employees choose to represent themselves while in a company vehicle then I will be looking to a different company (License plate ended in 25)

They made our term 5 years. If borrower not response before end of term 60-120 days, it will automatic renew 12 more month. Its not fair business. They dont care about customers.

HORRIBLE Customer Service, EMAN, ERIC, LISA, all a joke. Stay far far away! I have already made a complaint with the BBB. I have been trying to resolve an issue with them since OCTOBER 2017, and I keep getting pushed around to different people and told different stories. How unprofessional! Being a business owner for 15 years, I can promise you, there are better people out there who will take care of you!

If i could give this place negative stars i would. i had the displeasure to speaking to Mr. Robert Adams wow talk about disrespectful when he doesnt hear what he likes,,,,,,, the profanity is out of this world. He interrupts constantly and when he thought i was on hold I clearly heard him refer to me as a Wet Back smh dont do business with this place

If you are looking for a copier or high capacity office printer, look elsewhere. This company does not value customer loyalty and does not stand behind their product. Their sales tactics are shadier than even the shadiest of used car salesmen.I had been a customer of theirs for 3 years and was very happy with a Ricoh printer/copier. Towards the end of their lease I was contacted by one of their salespeople who suggested that I upgrade to their newer model of the same printer come lease end. I was very specific in my requirements. I run a business that depends on this printer for printing on label stock, which my current Ricoh printer was handling perfectly. I made sure to bring in all of my label stock to their office to make sure that they knew what time of material I would be running through the printer. They tested it, calibrated their machine and they said no problem, their support team would support the media that I was using. Having done my due diligence, I signed a lease with the company for the printer. Big mistake.Within a few months of receiving the new Ricoh model, all hell broke loose. The printer would constantly print light stripes and I could not get it to print properly. I had one of their techs coming once every two weeks, then once a week, then once every few days, but they just couldnt get the problem fixed. The issue was that the salesperson that sold me the upgraded printer did not know that Ricoh had changed a cleaning mechanism on this new printer and apparently it could not handle my label stock. I figured fine, get me a new printer that would work. Despite their guarantee, they would not get me a printer that would work for my label stock. They tried to install 2 used printers in my facility, but they also did not do the job.I figured great, let me walk away from the lease then because you arent delivering what you promised. Nope. They blamed the label stock and it wasnt up to the printers specs. What??? I went to their office before I leased the machine and had them test the stock with their own hands and they gave me their blessing!I escalated it to the technical supervisor repeatedly. Nothing. I finally talked to the owner on the phone. Nothing. He would not help me get out of the lease. We arent talking small change, I had about $10 grand left on this lease for a useless printer. He could easily have re-leased this printer to another company. I run a business, I know companies sometimes have to bite the bullet for the sake of maintaining their brand and good customer service. Not the owner of this company. He couldnt give a care.Heres what they do: They have a leasing company in Iowa, which makes it hard to even litigate with them because youd have to fly there to fight the lease agreement. Obviously I should have read this before signing with this dodgy company.In summary: Dodgy sales tactics, poor after-sale customer service, clueless sales staff, no compassion, no respect for customer loyalty. For office printing and copying, you have other choices in Southern California. Stay away.
