Unhelpful customer service for ONeill swimwear (mens boardshorts) that failed within one week. They refused to take responsibility for a defective product and the company president did not answer an email inquiry in which I tried to obtain customer service. They are NOT the original ONeill company, just a group that purchased the name. Too bad theyre ruining it with indifference.
