Tracy, Bahar, and Brad have been wonderful since I moved into my community. I have called about some issues on my street and my house needing to be addressed by the landscapers more and a crew was out just a few hours later. Thank you guys for making my neighborhood look so good and treating me so good.

Our manager, Tracy, is extremely kind and punctual and she always gets the job done faster than we expect. Neighbors are happy, the neighborhood looks great and no complaints from anyone here. She took our call early Sunday morning about an emergency with the sprinkler system, and the whole issue was fixed in less than 30 minutes.

Love the IDS management company that we have had for over 10 years! The old, nasty guy who used to run our place from Right Way got replaced by Tracy and now I dont fear for my life if I call the HOA company with a question. Its nice to know I can live in peace and feel like I can rely on my management company for once.

I love Tracy and the staff at IDS. They do a good job and are on top of everything that happens. Tracy got a plumber out for a major emergency in the unit next door within an hour and everything was sorted out in no time. Our community looked great before but it somehow looks even better.

We had a horrible and grouchy short man at our property in Laguna Niguel before IDS took over. Tracy has only been pleasant and my husband and I ran into her the other day and she was just as pleasant as she is on the phone or at meetings. They care at IDS.

Just call them try to get basic information, very unprofessional group!
