This whole organization is a scam. DO NOT hire them for anything. They take $170 a month from me (plus $180 up front for mail processing) and in three months I havenโ€™t received a single piece of mail for my business. Supposed to get emails when I get mail. Nothing. Iโ€™ve sent myself test items and they have just disappeared apparently. They said they had a few pieces of mail for me 2 months ago that they supposedly forwarded to my address on file... never received them.Iโ€™ve been waiting for lease documents for 2 months now since Iโ€™m renting actual office space. Maria always has some kind of excuse as to why I havenโ€™t received them yet.I left a lengthy voicemail with all my grievances TWO WEEKS AGO hoping a supervisor or office manager would get it and resolve my issues since Maria is obviously ill-equipped to handle the workload and sheโ€™s the only one who ever answers the phone but, shocker, no one ever responded. So this week Iโ€™ll be filing a report with the Irvine Police Dept. and filing a claim with the U.S. Postal Inspection Service for mail theft and/or tampering. Maybe a Federal investigation will remind them what their responsibilities are.#952

The current quality of this company services and its way of operating can only be described as sloppy, below average, very careless and very unprofessional. They do not have anyone doing quality control when it comes to handling online accounts and billing customers. They sent out, not only CANCELLATION NOTICES by mistake to their customers, but they sent out 2 invoices with 2 different due dates for the same month of service--even after they have already charged my card on file about a week ago. Irvine Virtual Office, managed by Nick (aka Mikalai Shapavalau), can no longer be trusted to do accurate billing or promptly resolve billing issues. He also has an incompetent assistant (Anthony) who cant solve billing issues but simply makes a bad situation worse. Not only did they send out cancellation notices to customers by error, they also sent out double invoices--each with a different due date--days apart within the same month. And they are very slow to fix these issues. The manager failed to hire the people with the proper experience and knowledge to address billing errors and technical problems when it comes to handling online customer accounts. Irvine Virtual Office disappointingly does not have the capability to promptly update my Irvine Virtual Office online account payment history--even after I have already brought the error to both the assistant and the managers attention. They also lack the decency to apologize for the multiple inconveniences that they have created for their customers. After I brought the invoice and payment status errors to the assistants attention, the assistant (who claims to handle billing and customers online accounts) was unapologetic, and he was quick to angrily blame the errors on others working for the company. The assistant was quick to shift the blame on someone else--minutes after he stated that hes the one handling customer billing and accounts. At times, the assistant was stammering over the phone, and momentarily went silent because he lacked the knowledge to promptly answer billing and service related questions. He gave off vibes that he was inexperienced and that he had insufficient knowledge to address billing issues and payment error questions. He went silent for a long moment after being asked when they would correct the payment history on my account. He spoke with uncertainty in his voice, lacking confidence. He went blank as if he was waiting for someone else at the office to whisper the information to him. He was ill-prepared to interface and assist customers over the phone. The assistant stated that he handles billing and manages customers accounts, yet UNDER HIS WATCH this happened: 1) he failed to properly track customers payment history and customers were getting double invoices 2) cancellation notices were sent out to customers who have already paid before the due dates, and 3) the assistant failed to update my online account to correct the payment history error even after the error was brought to his attention. 4) A week after theyve charged my card on file, I logged into my online account, and my online account still incorrectly showed a past due--- and it still posted the 2nd invoice (with the wrong due date). Irvine Virtual Office has deteriorated in terms of its quality of service and the assistant they hire to handle billing issues kept on saying that he wasnt given information when I asked him billing and accounts questions, something which he claims to handle. Anthony (the assistant to the manager) was ill-prepared to interface with customers, lacking adequate knowledge in his role and had little people skills and problem-solving skills. He lacked self-awareness that was very unhelpful and unprofessional. He made a bad situation worse..

Phone number is not active. Also, credit card information is requested over an unsecured network when applying for a virtual address online. They are not PCI compliant which means they are negligent. I would not trust this company.
