If you are looking for great professional quality work with outstanding communication and customer service, this is the company. They were so easy to work with. It started with a flooding incident from the condo next door and mold was detected shortly afterward. The condominium was in a multi-story, multi-unit condominium building so it involved coordinating with the HOA, insurance, tenants and distance communication as I do not live close to property. Everything was coordinated and seamless between the testing, remediation, HOA and myself. ResQ also has resources when it came to replacing the insulation, drywall and texturing which helped keep the project progressing. It was not a large project, but the process involved testing (which was done by a different company but coordinated with ResQ), installing a temporary plastic barrier wall, removing insulation, drywall, carpet, padding, scrubbing, sanding and sterilizing studs, base floor, 48 hours of air scrubbers etc. Then coordinating the mold post test and installing new insulation, drywall and texturing the new drywall. After that, my workers painted and installed new baseboards, as well as painted the walls. The final step was installation of new carpet...and all of that was accomplished in 5 days due to the great efforts of ResQ to communicate often (and usually within minutes) to keep the project going with no lost down time!!! My tenants moved out on a Monday and back in on Saturday morning. Thank you ResQ!
