That always hits his mark and never misses and opportunity to succeed. I was very pleased with the service I got from Kelly. I had some issues with billing and she took care of them by the end of the day. I am a small business owner and I would recommend this company to other small business owners as a way to get your website up and reaching your customers, and not have to be worried about managing your own website.

This is not the same company. The first 2 years were awesome. The last one was a disaster. I paid $100 a month to pop up on top ranking for the first two years. Then I asked to expand my marketing. Ive started to pay $200 of July 2015 to December 2015 only to find out Ive been losing ranking from number 1 spot to number 7 spot. Since then I lost my home. Lost my bussiness. I started working with 29 Prime a little over 2 weeks ago. I called today and talked with Jessie. She was able to change some key words for me. She provided good customer service. They say they will get front page placement within 60 days but it looks like I am starting to see some improvements already.

It was a complete scam. I never got a fraction of what I was promised. web site never worked right. I lost my url They wanted me to buy it from them after spending a ton of money. I finally just gave up told them to cancel me and never got a single lead from them in over a year. 29Prime is the biggest scam i have eve been involved with. their customer service is absolutely horrid. I have made several calls to cancel my account, which i was informed from their salesman that I could do at anytime with ease. The customer service rep continued to sway me and tell me that he could not cancel the account cause it was another departments task, that department never returned my call. i asked repeatedly again to a customer service rep to cancel my subscription and yet more swaying until i finally had a supervisor call one single day after my billing cycle to cancel, stealing a months charges from my company in which they did not help at all in my time of subscription.

I have been with 29 Prime over 4 months and every time I am getting better service.Jessie who works with 29 prime is an excellent professional. She helps customers like me how to build an online ranking business in Google. I really appreciate her help and will continue improving my Google business account in order to pleasure my own customers and ranking my business.

I would have to say, that after reading the negative reviews online about this company, I was hesitant to do business with them. I too received many phone calls about my Google rankings and having my business listed online. Many times I found it difficult to completely understand the person calling me, and simply said I am not interested and hung up. The last call I received from this company, I was driving and had some time to listen and I asked the person on the phone to slow down a bit and was able to get through the call. I was then transferred to a different person who apologized for the language barrier. This person was very kind and a little assertive but very knowledgeable regarding the internet.I decided to try this service, again a little hesitant because I have had bad experiences with other companies who just took my money and didnt produce results. After I gave them my credit card information, I received emails about my account and a few phone calls to get my website built. I expected that I would be verified for my Google pin on the phone but was informed that I would receive the pin in the mail in a couple of weeks.After I was charged, I noticed that I had been charged $29 more than what the sales person said I would be charged. So I called 29Prime and informed them that I had been overcharged, expecting to get the runaround, but was told someone would call me back. About an hour later I received a call and was told my card would be credited the $29 overcharge and for the inconvenience I would get an upgrade in my service with an additional product. 3 days later I got an email letting me know my card had been refunded.About a week later I did get a postcard from Google and called 29Prime with the pin number. Less than a week later I did a search on Google for three different keywords and was on the first page of Google. After searching around a little more online, I started finding my company listed. I had spent more than $3000 last year with 3 different companies who all promised that I would be found on page 1 but never was able to find my company anywhere on Google.Even if they have a few bad reviews, I have found this service to be very effective and so far it has been working for me. They didnt have a problem refunding me the overcharge and it was not hard for me to reach someone when I called the company.People can write whatever they want online about anybody. If they have had a bad day, they write something negative. What works for one company may not work for another. I have recommended this company to two other companies who have signed up with them and so far have had good experiences with none of the issues listed in other negative reviews found online.

DO NOT DO IT!This is a scam. I wish I would have looked into 29 Prime a little more and seen all these reviews. Dont be fooled although their website looks and feels very professional. Once you sign up with them they do practically nothing. When they do something it is completely wrong, using keywords that pertain to other businesses besides my own.Once you call to correct these problems. The customer service is beyond horrible. They dont know what they are doing and dont solve any problems. They steal your money and you can never talk to a manager.

I have gotten many phone calls from them. They use very high pressure sales tactics and wont take no for an answer. They also ignore requests not to be called. In fact, last time they called me I told the sales rep many times that I had asked them not to call and that I did not want to do business with them and he still kept asking me questions such as, Dont you want to be on the front page of Google? untilI got fed up and hung up the phone and called their 800 number to request to be taken off the list. The customer service rep said I would be off their list at midnight that night. I got another call 2 hours later. This was nothing more than an attempt to be passive aggressive. What kind of company allows their employees to act in such a manner? Sometimes they act as if they are Google, even though theyre not. I would never do business with them just based on my experiences on the phone with them. I dont trust people who use high pressure and deceptive sales tactics

I called in today to set up my keywords and check on the status of my new account. I reached Dina who was very knowledgeable and helpful teaching me how to use this new service, and set up my keywords. Im very happy with the service.

The real test of a company standing behind its service comes not when the sale is made, but when an issue arises that needs to be resolved. In my case, an issue at the beginning of my relationship as a client of 29 Prime could have been a serious problem, however the customer service team has corrected the initial rocky start.Time will tell if this results in the business I anticipate, but I am optimistic.As for now, the jury is still out.

I called 29 Prime today to cancel my account because I did not believe that I would get quality service due to several errors & misinformation in the service I got from a couple of representatives. My intentions were to go with another company in my local area of Philadelphia. However, today I spoke to Shane Rogers who, not only took the time to look at the issues that were causing my dissatisfaction, but also took the time to resolve all of my problems that were plaguing my account. His efforts included fixing the problems regarding why my 29 Prime custom website was not displaying; getting a domain name to work; re-editing the title on the site, back to the way I wanted it; contacting Google and Bing regarding changes needed to be made; and re-verifying my business pins as well as providing me with his direct contact information so that I could check up on the status of my account if I have any other concerns. Because of his actions, I changed my mind in cancelling the account and will continue forward with 29 Prime at this time.

If your looking to light $200 on fire, this is the fire pit for you. if your interested in obtaining a refund, its not happening. if youd like to waste 10 hours of your life chasing your money in circles, this is the place for you.

Daniel called me from 29prime and kept asking me to sign up my notary service. I get these calls all the time but Daniel actually answered my questions, and told me I would get setup and speak to someone in the first day or two about my account. The same day I got a call from Natalie. She went over everything on my account, explained to me that my listings would be created in the next few days, and was very helpful. This is the third time I signed up with an SEO company but Ive never had spend the time to go over it with me. I signed up in April and now I have calls coming in from my Google listing. I can definitely recommend 29prime.

This company calls and targets small businesses to help with online marketing, charge money and get zero results. When you attempt to cancel your services with the company they hang up on you and will not answer from your numbers again for several days, or tell you Ok we can do that and then say theyve cancelled your account when they have not. I have attempted to contact and cancel any services with this company over a half dozen times yet they keep leaving me messages saying I need to update my billing and company information and say that my account is active. When I again state I want to cancel my account and any services I have, they again hang up and then ignore my number for several days. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Hi i was a customer of 29 prime a few months ago and didnt really like the Service i was getting, truthfully i wasnt sure if i gave them enough time to do what they said they would do but the amount time it was taking wasnt the reason i decided to stop using them... the reason was that i would get sales call every business day from there sales department trying to sell me the same service that i had already they already sold me.. I Put myself on there do not call list and they would still continue to call! Even after i canceled my subscription i still got calls and today was the reason for me writing this review. i got a call from them trying to sell the same thing and i explained to them i didnt trust their company and thats where it went wrong!!! The Sales woman became really rude and hostile.... i would not recommend this company to even the person i dislike most

Beware, this company is just THE WORST! They promise to have you on the first page of Google within 60 days, you will never even get near it. I have been in business for 18 years and this is the worst SEO company I have ever used. Do not believe their money back guarantee. You will not get it. I was with them for only 4 months, they did not use the keywords I authorized, used keywords for services I do NOT provide, made a Youtube video and spelled the name of my business INCORRECTLY, never called me back when I constantly tried to get service, excuses, excuses....and now that I have cancelled, they will not issue me a full refund. They said all the work they did I can only get 2 months back. They didnt make me a website or a business Facebook page (I already had both) and they only made me a Youtube video with the name spelled wrong (kept it up for 30 more days AFTER I notified them it was incorrect) AND made a google plus page that has no images, no updates, no nothing. So....what exactly is it they did, NOTHING! This is a scam operation and no one should ever consider giving them a penny. I will haunt this company on Facebook, twitter, google and everywhere else until I get a full refund. The public deserves to know how they lie, and their manager Bridget at extention 7458 is rude and exactly the type of person you would expect to be completely indifferent at an operation like this one.
