My daughter has been a patient of Choices for 9 years. Ms. Lisa and Dr. Chen is the best in the world! I thank God for them !

My therapist at Choices has helped me deal with a variety of different life circumstances that have affected me over the past year and a half, but they also help with my life-long experiences as well. They attempt to offer different perspectives on all of my debacles. I really feel a connection, and truly believe that each aspect of my life has improved tenfold since I’ve been going to Choices. My therapist is also open to new ideas! I felt a certain not-mainstream type of therapy could be beneficial to me, and they said they would look into getting certified in it! The possibilities here are endless. I have spoken to my therapist about potentially seeing a psychiatrist at Choices as well. I see this as being very beneficial since the doctor can then speak to my therapist and compare notes on what the best line of treatment would actually be.Accepting of all people! Don’t be afraid to come to Choices because of your background or because you’re unsure of yourself. If anything, Choices will help you find your confidence and make you a new person.No matter what your dilemma, I highly recommend Choices to anyone seeking assistance in their personal mental health.

I had suffered from depression and other diagnosis for over thirty-five years. I started counseling with Lisa, and after a short period of time, I didnt need help anymore. I no longer take any medications. I am a new person in every way. I am able to go out and do things that I never could do before. I even have a new husband, that is so proud to have me for his wife. These do people do not care about anything they say. its a freaking joke. ive tried to get my records from my other doctors to their doctors but they havent received my records yet and Ive been there for 4 months. I tried to get a whole of Lisa cover and she doesnt even call you back.

I absolutely LOVE choices of Alabama. The staff are very professional and are actually caring about your well being.

I was kicked out of the program for no show, I have agoraphobia and its really hard for me to make appointments, I cannot get in to see anyone hear or anywhere unless I pay cash to see someone and thats hard on disability, Im struggling really severe and if something happens to me it will be on there hands, its ashame to think that someone makes you think they care when they dont care if you live or die.Im going to have this clinic shut down by the state and will keep pushing forward until all therapists and psychiatrists have lost there license to operate, Then we will see who will be laughing then.Please do not See or make any appointments with Lisa Cover, she tries to hurt others, and blames others for there own mistakes, I still cannot see anyone because of this place, Lets boycott this place.

Just had my first appointment today, the people were very nice and my counselor Lisa is wonderful!

They were great with my kid I got to go back me and my wife and they found that her “problem “ wasn’t a “problem “ at all thank you guys

Horrible service they said I called and got rude I did not when I told them it was not me they did not believe me and kicked me out and told me I could never come back or i was going to jail...
