These people have done me no good! Paying them each and every month for awful service! Then when I cancel with them they want to charge me to come pick up their dish out of the yard. And the wire that they didn’t even bury when they installed it. They wouldn’t come fix it after the installation and they won’t make it right now! The service I switched to has taken care of me with no additional charges to make sure the job is done right! The service has been so awful. Anytime it sprinkles the satellite goes out! I will never recommend them to anyone. I’ll just tell all my friends and family who have dish to switch! Customer is always right and they should do everything they can to make the job done wrong correct.

This is the absolute worst satellite service I have ever had. The box turns itself off every 5-10 minutes. Can’t even watch the service. Have had my box unplugged for 5 days and have been using streaming services. Cancelling service ASAP. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS SERVICE. All satellite providers do not have the same level of service.

DISH has been very unpleasant to work with. They have dishonored over 14 hours of my time in 3 different occasions in a 3 week span! When I speak to customer service, the operators are rude and hard to understand. One actually hung up on me when I asked to speak to a manager. When dealing with the managers, they were just as rude. Stay away from DISH! My technician yesterday was good enough to convince me to stay my contract through, but I will never recommend DISH to anyone! 2/10 on customer service!!
