I cant say enough good things about this company! I received great service from day 1! My Toro Dingo was 17 years old and finally died on me in the middle of a huge job. I found this company on Google and spoke to Benji who gave me a good and very competitive price on a 2020 Toro Dingo TX1000. I work in Charlotte NC, he had it delivered to me a few days later. I showed up and got immediate service and had gravel delivered. The truck pulled up at the address immediately after i did!! Great place and i will do business there many more times!

I rented a trencher same thing that happen to me as the other reviewer. Ive used other trenchers at least 5 times. I know how to use one. $100.00 for a 4 hr rental. Only used 45 min. The trencher would not lock in position without holding lever down. The trench filled back in with dirt instead of the dirt shooting out the sides of the trencher. Had to have been the same lady as the other reviewer as she was rude and insinuated that I was lying. I showed her the pictures I took and she yelled at another employee to “Go dig me a trench!” HORRIBLE customer service. Tried to say it was my fault, that I was an idiot and didn’t know what I was doing. My son and I then had to go home and dig the dirt out of the trenches with shovels. Wasted the day and 100.00. There was no offer to try to make it right, no apology, no discount, nothing but attitude. This place rents out faulty equipment, customer service is the worst, and they are rude. Why would you go there? I will not go there again!

Called ahead to rent a sod cutter said they have one. Drive 45 minutes to get there, rent it and neither one they have works. What a joke.

Just returned from there and was treated like a total idiot by the lady at the counter. She basically told me I had no idea what I was doing and wouldnt be able to operate a floor sander correctly. Ive been in the construction industry for 20 years, I think I know what Im doing much more than she does. I will find somewhere else to rent from. Snobby bitchy attitudes in customer service will get you no where lady.

Horrible! I needed to rent a floor sander and was a little concerned with the condition of theirs. I was assured by two workers that it was OK. Long story short, they were both wrong. Sander sprayed sawdust everywhere, would not hold sand paper, and the wheels were out of round. Sander was actually missing parts. Sure makes them seem incompetent and inept at their job. My advice to anyone is to find somewhere else to rent tools
