Signed a contract with this dealer for an install in May, was told it would be installed the first week of July, wasn’t installed until mid August, activated at the end of August. Was told I was suppose to get a nest thermostat and my ac system serviced as well. The ac repair man they used contacted me to come out this past Friday, cancelled on me to reschedule for Saturday morning, never showed up and didn’t respond to my messages. Have called the sales rep, office and sent an email to this solar edge dealer only to receive no response. It has been nothing but the run around with these people, would not recommend in the least.

CON ARTISTS! We had agreed to do solar through these ppl. Sales guy came out, did all the paperwork, credit checks/approval, sent ppl out to measure several times, acquired county permits and then nothing for months. Turns out, the electric company had restrictions but Solar Edge never said a thing. They were only middle men working with a different installation company (who paid for the permits) but they never went any further in the process. Now, we somehow owe the installation company $700+ for permits and the Solar Edge rep wont even answer or return emails when we try to contact him. They can call Kip and have him pay for the permits. Nice way to treat a Marine Corps veteran and his family, huh?

Solar Edge USA surprised me with an in home presentation that didnt feel the least bit invasive or pushy. The representative that visited me was informative, helpful and friendly. It was nice to feel like Solar Edge USA valued my time, and now that Ive gone solar Im saving a ton of money.

The installation process took longer than expected but other than that I couldn’t be happier
