I took in a pair of Jack Rogers sandals - the thong had broken. I took in the other shoe so they could make sure the thong matched the other in length, direction, etc.They glued the thong in going a different direction (think vertical instead of horizontal). This may seem like nothing but the shoes now cut into my foot between my toes.I took the shoes back. The woman said he wasnt there but she would show him and he would fix it. Again I left the other shoe for reference. When I went to pick them up she told me that he said he did it right and it cant be changed now. I told her that he didnt do it right and showed her again what the issue was. She said hell be back in an hour, come back then if you want to talk to him.I will never go back there and I suggest you dont either.
