My Mothers windows were dirty and it had been several years since they had a really good cleaning, and her brother and sister-in-laws home next door was also in need. So we called Crystal Clear Solutions. We ended up getting both homes pressure washed and windows cleaned. My moms home has very old fashioned windows with 6 - 12 panes in each plus storm windows. Jim and his crew showed up on schedule and WOW did they go to work! Both homes were completed way faster than we would have expected and the difference was amazing! I did not realize how much more light was able to get into the house with clean windows! They were very professional and careful with the windows and any furniture, plants and knick·knacks that had to be moved to access the windows. Very friendly and respectful bunch. We have our own power washer but I begged my husband to hire someone since I dont like him on an extension ladder and the one side of the house was green from the shade on the one side of the house.I was alone that day and experienced a strong odor of chlorine but thought well Im so close to the window and continued to stay in the house until he was done.I went out and checked the work and found places where he missed.An hour later my husband came home and checked and immediately called the owner and he and the man that did the house came back and fixed the spots that were missed.However a week later we noticed the grass was dying along the foundation,so now we have to wait to see if it will grow back,NOT because it is dead right to the soil line.We will probably have to wait until the serpentine grass might fill in or go out and buy sod to fix next spring.I certainly will be looking for someone else next time to do the work and ask the neighbors rather then rely on reviews on anyones sight
