I give it 5 stars off the bat because its the only recenter we have been to in iowa city that doesnt have a pool temp cold enough to give you pneumonia. The pool is warm. The atmosphere is decent and the prices are very reasonable.

My favorite part is the pottery studio! And the community garden! A lot of love and hard work has gone into this place... A wonderful part of Iowa City!

This rec center is wonderful.I go swimmimg there on Sat evenings and thats family night, They charge 1 dollar each from 6pm to 8pm.Lifeguards are pretty cool also.nice place to take familyI also saw roller skating,go hang out its fun.

My church meets here. I like that we dont have a church building.

I go for the table tennis but there is much more including swimming.
