As a business we count on our Sunday deliveries. Also we maintain the same hours every single Sunday. This is now the second Sunday that the post office attempted to deliver before store hours and we didn’t get our stuff! All we get is a note and no way to contact for pickup.So this continues to be an issue. Yet again today (Sunday) we didn’t get our deliveries despite sitting outside waiting for them all morning. Got the alerts that delivery was attempted but mailman didn’t even so much as come by in his vehicle!

Great job during these hard times. We appreciate all that you do. During covid-19 please stay safe 🙏!!!

Clean an nice employees

Every time I have to get a package delivered by USPS, I sigh. I know its going to be at least a couple of days later than scheduled. Today I had a Sunday delivery so at 8am I ran down and left a note with delivery instructions. At 1040 I got a notification saying that delivery had been attempted. False. I had no attempt delivery sticker on the door or in mailbox. Called the post office, closed of course. Called an 800 number, redirected me to post office. Good thing I didnt need my package that day *sarcasm* why else get Sunday delivery?? I hate USPS.

Ordered stuff for my son who is deployed... Some things came fed ex, no problem and on time. The items shipped USPS expedited never arrived, tracking says I moved! The packages were returned and I had to request redelivery. Worst service ever.

Consistently getting our mail at 430-5 oclock, this is ridiculous. Maybe they need to hire more people? I should be able to get my mail and have time to make it to the bank if I have checks to deposit.

Sadly one star is the lowest I can give. As a local business owner who ships an average of 5 packages a day, I will pay more to ship with the alternative before shipping with usps. The local branch is the opposite of helpful to local businesses, especially the post master himself. They try to find any roadblock they can to cause issues for us. Ups and fedex are nothing but helpful and accommodating, too bad we can’t choose to have all our mail come from somewhere else.

Clerks at the window are always rude. No customer service skills what-so-ever. They are never helpful, and go out of their way to be rude and made snide remarks. Really surprised after all these years, you still have jobs.

If I could rate it 0 stars i would. Postmaster is a snob, the lobby is NEVER open at a consistent time, in fact when a friend of mine & myself have repeatedly complained that the lobby was not opened at the time posted, THEY TOOK DOWN THE POSTED HOURS SIGN. They used to open the lobby at 7:30 & today it is now 8:30 & the door is STILL NOT UNLOCKED!!! Even if youre not going to unlock the lobby at 7:30 at least have some consistency!! Some of us have jobs to do that require receiving our mail from the PO Boxes!!
