My wife spent almost 4 hours getting her hair died and hilights put in they didnt do what she wanted. The 178 dollar job looked worse than when I die her hair with box dies.

Looked online to see of they were open and when I went in they werent.

They did a great job

The stylist listened to me, and did exactly what I wanted with my hair.

I have had numerous color jobs done there over the years and the only one who ever did it right the first time was Stacie and she sadly isnt there anymore. Every time I took a gamble on a different stylist I ended up back there for a redo with Stacie. My most recent trip I got all over hair color to hide those greys..the stylist was super friendly BUT not even 48 hrs after the color job I put my hair up and could see a ton of greys not colored.. knowing that the stylist that colored it wasnt there I waited to call. I call the morning of day 7 to let them know and I was told they didnt think there was anything they could do to correct it because it was exactly 7 days but she took my info and claimed a manager would call me...Its been nearly a week and still no call. I will NOT make the mistake of going there again.

Went in and seen Jordan definitely will be going back! He was great did excellent and was easy to talk to. He also cut my toddler sons hair and was extremely patient with him and my son loves his new haircut! I highly recommend!

Always great sales on products, stylists are knowledgable, honest, and very skilled. I love all the girls there and they are fantastic. Very professional but welcoming and friendly.

My gal Stacie and her crew make my hair BEAUTIFUL ..and boy oh boy by the time i go there it needs the works. Smartstyle can do anything your heart desires and you will leave very happy . Color/highlight/cut/ and even shave half your hair off if thats what ya like . lots of hair products also.

Liz did an AMAZING perm for me today. She was thorough and professional; and a sweetheart! It turned out beautifully.

Dont waste your time. Go to a professional salon. If they mess your hair up it will not get fixed. They literally do not have a skilled person on staff to fix the bad color. Coorporate is awful too. They just care about $$ and not customer satisfication or quality work. Its a waste of money, especially when you have to go elsewhere to get your color fixed.

Worst place to get a haircut, took my son there and it looks like a two yr old with scissors cut his hair.

I cant say enough good things about these ladies! My boys inherited a terrible cow lick from my husband and they take the time to cut it just right that it actually lays flat. That in and of itself was a reason to come back!

It was 6pm and the lady on shift didnt want to cut or color my hair, she stated it would take to long, so i took my buisness else where then proceeded back to walmart to buy hair dye to find that same lady worrued about playing on her phone. Im the least bit happy and will never again give smartstyle my buisness and its to bad because she missed out on a super large tip, i guess 1s loss is anothers gain :)

Wife and 2 daughters went there 5/11/19. When they got home I seen LOTS of mistakes. I would get if it was on just one but all 3 had long hairs all over.
