It was a horrible experience going into that store. I went there seeking help after my phone had been stolen. The black woman who was in there was rude. She was rude with the 2 customers before me. Then it was my turn, I told her about losing my phone. Her reply was call customer service. Fine but how with no phone! I left to get all my paperwork on the stolen phone went back to the store to have her help make a claim. She said no and threw a table down on a counter told me to google it. Then left to the back room came back a threw a pamplet at me.no help. Why give them y our money and not get service.! She needs to be fired!
Zero help when it comes to a phone purchased from Xfinity mobile. Theyre just responsible for selling you phones but as far as technical issues, youre better off going elsewhere.
The store in Inkster was terrible, the woman manager was no help! I asked her to check if my previous resident had prior service, she told me that it was a long process, and there wasnt an employee to assist me, I was thinking to my self, your a manager and you couldnt help me, There was no one in the store, the laziness manager l ever seen! I wouldnt recommend the Inkster location to anyone! 😡

I went there after having issues with my service. Comcast couldnt help me in the chat nor on the phone.I walked in. The staff was very friendly, they knew what they talking about.They helped get a better router. Better service. Better monthly plan. For less money.I didnt even have to wait long.Thank you Edward B & Tiffany H for your great customer service
This location isindependent owner, went to this store and assistance but the assistant Manager Randa and the manager, not sure his name however he got fired... They told me several lie and messed up my account 😠... It took a week to get it fixed.. They couldnt fix it because, was told I had to call customer NO service, who was closed for the holidays..... Took a week to get fix.. dont go to this location..... The are big lierrs and Dont know what they are doing.... Go to a corporate storeThis location dont even have phone number, per the staff.....

Nice and New, clean and friendly staff.
Not happy with experience was sent by customer service to get phone replaced . The staff woman told me they only do sales no technical support. I had no phone so I asked to use the phone to call customer service back she said they had no phones to use even though I looked right at the store phone. I asked her so can you tell me where I have to go she had no answers and didn’t even attempt to help.
