The lady behind the desk, I believe her name was Sylvia, was amazingly patient and thorough. She was training a new person and helping a customer who was having a real rough day when I came in. She still took the time to help me, even though it was close to closing time. Then, she apologized for what she thought was slipshod customer service! Actually, she gave me the information I needed and told me she would go to bat for me with the insurance company. I was completely fine with that. When my parts come in to fix my car, she will call me. So, now I am completely confident that they will fix my car back to dealership specs. I give this place FIVE STARS.

Didnt receive the video while being serviced and didnt receive the number to the body shop as I asked for. Also no cashier to take payment so I had to give a even amount without receiving change. Had to ask for coffee to be made while we waited.
