The male artist, did not do my nails as asked, walk-in as well very rough, asked them to remove them he snatched them off

Service was horrible The person that help me didnt speak any English messed up my feet and my nails the owner of the salon gave me a nasty attitude.

It has been a while since Ive had the pleasure of a pedicure due to COVID-19. Although everyone was lined up outside on the sidewalk, Id have to say the experience was the same except I didnt have to inhale those toxic chemicals indoors. This is slightly more work for the tech, but I have to say it was nice getting a little Vitamin D while I had a pedicure. Tina listened to my needs and did a fantastic job!

John And Lin Are The Best ! My mother and i been going to them since I was 15 they dont ever disappoint me . I strongly recommend that you ask for them and youll see why I wont change nail shops .

This is my shop. They kept the prices reasonable. Which I appreciate and I tip. Everyone needs a little more.

Did a walk-in. Was accommodated quickly, male tech did good; didnt shape it quite like I asked but overall service was good. Eyebrows are amazing. Would visit again!

I only get pedicures but they do a good job. My only complaint is that they dont acknowledge customers as they arrive. Most customers have to approach one of them. Myself included and Ive been going for about two years.

Some of the women that work there have horrible attitudes. very rude & bad business . I’m not just saying that to be mean, I experienced it ! I was SCREAMED at by a women who work there, for no reason. Haha I guess I have ugly feet. Bad service never will I go again

I have been going here since 2012 and Lynn is the best. She is fast and precise. She does a beautiful job. Lisa is also great. I also go to lisa for my rounded nails.

Went today to get a pedicure in a manicure the lady Lisa that did my nails did a horrible job I will never return there again service was horrible not professional at all not a good place to go

This place is a hit ( if you get the right person) or a scary MISS. One time that I came here a very young Asian girl completely jacked my toes up. They ended up breaking off. Every single natural nail, because she filed way too much of my nail. I had to wait a full 6 months before even thinking about going to get my toes done from anyone. I recently went back, like I said it depends on who you get and that day I saw a familiar face. She did my feet nicely and also gave me a foot rub. She took her time to do things right. I will only go back if the right people are there. I trust about 3 ladies to do my toes. No more new folks at that shop for me. No Thank you, lesson learned.

They are expensive and they have roaches so dont bring anything inside the shop. I love my manicures so I keep going back

John is the only one I come to see always happy with the outcome, he knows what colors, design and length I like. I have had his brother and Lisa do my nails but it’s not the same nor am I happy with the outcome.

I got a spa pedicure here and it was great! Thanks to the older lady! My wife got her nails done at the same time. We went on a weekday and it wasnt crowded. Oh and the prices are super cheap ! Happy customer!

Decent nails, horrible attitude from staff, and bad customer service. You’re better off spending a lil extra money elsewhere for a better experience.

They cant do eyebrows and have the nerve to charge 7$ they dont shape your eyebrows they just wake the bottom and put a razor to the top it takes all of 90 seconds than got an attitude when I informed them of their poor job of eyebrows I wont be going there again I will stick with Lisa Nails shes been doing my eyebrows since 2002.....

The worst!!!!! Lisa was great at first and took her time then I thought being a regular would have me in the same type of service but no! I was rush and even my nail on my pinky was lifted off and I was still charged full with no apology. Thats said, last time I was there.

TRASH. HORRIBLE SERVICE. HORRIBLE POLISH SELECTION. HORRIBLE TECHNICIANS.I went in for a fill and asked the guy (whos name I didnt catch) if he could trim my nails down for me (which is normally what they ask YOU during a fill) and he obliged. When trying to reshape them to the curve/point I had, he did a horrible job. My two hands were completely uneven.. Im talking 3/4 - 1 inch uneven. One hand was pointy like stilletos and the other was round like they were done for a child. I looked a damn fool. After continuously complaining through the process (I watched and complained as all of this happened) I guess he got tired of my attitude and sent someone else in to paint them, bad idea. Then when it came time to pay I asked if I can come back in a few days to get my nails done from scratch because they looked atrocious and an older woman (maybe the owner) told me No. You should have gotten a full set instead of a fill.They have horrible attitudes and they dont understand English well. So if they smile and say yes, make sure they REALLY understand what you want done or else youll look a damn fool and be out of pocket $30.

Horrible no loyalty and no respect for their long time customers ... got a fill & my nails broke in two days of a total of 5 out of 10 were broken and no accommodation was taken for such poor work.. guess I’ll have to find a new nail shop to spent with sad !!

Apparently they specialize in fancy acrylic and other types of nail enhancement. Not to good with plain mani pedi.
