Please get other insurance. I got into 2 car accidents hit and run and they don’t do anything. Takes about 3 months for anyone to start on your care. And if you do they are all in Arizona which time is different. Please if anyone can refer me to a good insurance. Times are hard for me and so I have liability. Please do some research as I should of. But anyone has recommendations on liability insurance please contact me? Times are hard for me now and I can’t afford full coverage.

It has taken WEEKS to correct simple errors made to my renter insurance renewal policy. Im about ready to change companies. I have had to spend an absurd amount of time calling and emailing to fix what should be a simple process.

I am loan officer, this is the worst insurance agency I have ever dealt with. I deal with agencies alot, to get proof of insurance, etc. This company is extremely unresponsive, they respond just when they want to. When calling them good luck with getting through to anyone and then good luck with actually accomplishing anything, no one is ever available. I needed to get proof of insurance for a client, just the information they already have, nothing needed to be changed. I am trying to fund a deal, they cant respond to email, return phone calls..ridiculous!! In 20 years in the business I cannot recall ever having such a situation with an insurance agent, they usually are pretty responsive. This company does not seem to care about their clients.The same thing happened with the same client when trying to get new insurance, I had to go to another agency because they did not respond to emails nor phone calls.

They do not answer phone calls, don’t call you back. Don’t go here go somewhere else for help .

First and last time I get Allstate. My wife and I got a policy at this office. They are very unprofessional,messy, and worst of all they just dont care about helping you if they originally did not do your policy. Our paperwork was in a pile high of papers and the girl wouldnt look for it because she said that it would take her time. We barely had a month and a half with the policy. That means that all that mess was there before us. Her name was Sofia. Very unprofessional woman. Our policy was canceled by them and we have to pay early cancelation fee for that. Unbelievable!!!!! NEVER AGAIN. BILLY CAMPBELL HIRE THE WRONG PEOPLE FOR THAT OFFICE. Oh and my car is brand new Lexus. We didnt even know we were driving around without insurance. Thank goodness we didnt get into a car accident.
