I bought a ring at Costco and it was brand new. Fast Fix Palm Desert said they could size it down no problem to a 4 and a half from a 7. When he finished it was oval, not round and too big. It was also all scratched from him using a file. He managed to make my ring warped and scratch in one hour for over $130. He wanted to charge me an extra $150 to add a spacer since he said he couldnt size it down any further. Don Victor sized it perfectly and took out all the scratches Fast Fix made. They are magicians and I trust them with my diamonds and saphires.

The experience was very nice. It was a warm and friendly atmosphere. I went to have a band replaced on my watch. Raul was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me make a decision about my band. The ladies assisted me and answered my questions when I had them about jewelry I was looking at. I will refer them to my friends and will return to them when I am looking for jewelry.

Very bad customer service! Place was not even full of people and it took then 30 minutes to acknowledge me!! Got there before many people and as people were getting there after me, some how they were helped before me! I was just standing there waiting to get helped! Not sure if its because i did not look wealthy like everyone else, but i felt really ignored! Plus i was carrying my baby in his baby carrier! Minutes after i see the girl in sales finish with her potential client and ask her if i can see a mens bracelet and tells me that she is first going help the men that were on the other side. When they had arrived way after me. NEVER going back, really poor customer service. I really felt like they judge by your appearance if you look wealthy or not. I guess that is the order they go by?

When I went into the store in Indio I was immediately greeted by Priscilla! Priscilla was very helpful in assisting me choose a ring that my wife would love and Priscilla was right!
