The very best movers ever! My original mover cancelled on me 4 days before my move. TNT came to the rescue. Moved my storage unit, my studio apartment.. up a flight of stairs in 110 degree weather here in the desert. Very expedient, courteous. Shrink wrapped, all items that needed protection: lamps, dressers etc. Brought wardrobe boxes for me to use at no charge. Can not say enough about this company. Don’t hesitate to book them.

This company is amazing! I do not say that lightly. We have used them for the past five years to load and unload moving trucks and containers, and to move heavy boxes between houses and rooms.Their motto and service are wonderful, polite, respectful, and professional. They show up right on time, if not a bit early, and stay until the job is finished, even offering, if needed, suggestions and further assistance. Our various moves have included hundreds of boxes, furniture, and other stacks. The moves were not easy at all. However, knowing that TNT Delivers had our backs made this all possible.David, the owner, has a mindset and approach to service that is rarely seen today. Our furniture was so damaged that when it arrive in North Carolina the company that unload the truck said they couldn’t believe what a bad job they did packing the furniture and we should file a complaint. Almost ever piece of furniture was damage including holes in the chairs. I called the company and they said we should have checked the furniture on the truck while they were loading it. I have since been told that is illegal. I had pictures and still do but they were not interested in seeing them. This has been one of the worst experiences we have had. This was our 14 th move and we have never had this happen.

Outstanding Customer Service! I have have Rented UHAUL Trucks on two occasions. TNT provided excellent explanation throughout the entire process, explaining all terms and an introduction to the equipment. Trucks are clean and in great condition. I was very impressed with this company. They are very professional, friendly and and most importantly careful! All of the movers were very well mannered and listened to my needs. They worked quickly but carefully and were incredibly helpful when I asked them questions. I was also impressed by their pricing. It was reasonable and fair. I highly recommend using them! I was very unhappy with this company. They work slow paced as if it’s done on purpose so that the hours add up. Since your paying by the hour it makes sense for the guys not to work with hustle like it’s being told from the top. I got frustrated so I started getting furniture and moving it to there truck so that they can grab it from there and load. So beware that you just might get milked in the hours........Not stalking.lol. Just wanna make be aware. Also are you kidding me about wanting to resolve my manner? You offered $30 for a part of my dresser which your guys broke. This part cannot not be purchased or available to fix. Your a clown for thinking this is what you call for resolving a customer complaint

Guys were awesome! Came and helped us to pack prior to moving and were sooo organized. Actually think packing is their specialty. They work hard, are so diligent and very reliable. They moved us into and out of storage and once again are moving us into storage until we decide on our next move.. Believe me, you wont find better or more hard working people.LG
