I am not always an easy customer. I am very picky, and perhaps under the snow. Julien is a consummate gentleman who does exactly what he says. I called and asked for the next day. He was busy, but worked me into the schedule. I have used very few vendors who are as talented as this guy. Hes a tour guide, a travel expert, and a genuinely nice person. I would wait weeks to have him come back next time I need my carpets cleaned. I dont want anyone else cleaning my carpet because he is worth the wait. I am certain, there may be a lot of good carpet cleaners, but this guy is the BOMB! Im going to call a couple of friends now and have them call him.
