Horrible Experience!!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!Purchased a $30,000+ piece of equipment from this place. After it arrived, it wouldnt start and I stuck almost $10,000 into repairs and it is still very unreliable. The owner has all kinds of answers and excuses that dont include them making it right. I wouldnt buy anything from this place ever again!!!I only wish that I had seen all of the other negative reviews on this business posted online.

I have had work done twice on my truck at this location. When you call, they work with you really well to find affordable parts for your vehicle. My first visit I had steps put on my truck. They did an amazing job! Did not take long at all either. My second visit I had a tow hitch and a grille guard installed. I am very happy with the service I received, great communication, quick installation time and they were very flexible with my schedule. The grille guard is an amazing addition to my truck and was installed very well, no dings, scratches, drilled holes, whatever. The installation was very clean! The tow hitch was installed really well and they even mounted my electrical outlet for the tow hitch.It all came out very clean and professionally installed. I highly recommend this place for people looking to customize their vehicle!

Looked this place up on the internet for an authorized Retrax truck bed cover installer. Let me tell you, this place is clean and has a great show room display of options for truck bed covers.The price was a bit high. I think I got charged for 2-3hrs of labor for a 30min - 1hr job but not sure because the invoice had the cost all rolled up into one total price. Great quality work though for sure! It was worth the 1hr 45min drive to get this Retrax cover installed by a professional! I would have gave them a five star if it wasnt for the invoice and oh, the bathroom toilet was dirty. Lol. Rest of the store was spotless and the garage areas as well!
