I got there early and they had me in and out before my appointment time even began. Quick and easy!! My phlebotomist Eric was the best, very nice and professional. Ive had him before and hes my favorite. He is very gentle and also quick about it. No bruising and he is very understanding - I usually faint.

Sonia is very professional and keeps this place running like a well-oiled machine!! I have been to two other locations in the area and they are terrible! Everyone is grouchy, no one takes accountability for anything and everything is a mess... not at this location! Sonia directs things well and helps everyone. She keeps things running smoothly. I will always come to this location from now on
Arrived on time for an appointment at 9.45am. Large crowd outside not social distancing. After 1 hour and 15 minutes since I checked in I decided to complain. My appointment was confirmed on-line and at the desk.At 10.45am they stated that they had lost my appointment after I stood outside for over an hour and was waiting to be called as they told me.This establishment is the worst experience I have received at any LabCorp facility. It is far from professional.

If you make your appt. Online, its so easy, and as soon as you arrive, check in and they will call you right away! All the staff is very professional and friendly!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Wow I wish I would’ve read the bad reviews before booking lab work here! I normally go to Quest but came here on a whim and I encountered a very unprofessional lab tech who took my blood. I was courteous just trying to get my blood drawn for antibodies and this young lab tech guy became Very unprofessional joking about Covid and forcing his own political ideologies down my throat about his Covid conspiracies. I’m all for having your own political opinions but just ranting about these false statements that have no scientific backup in a medical setting is uncalled for and downright insensitive/unprofessional. I just came in to get my antibodies done so if I have them, I can save lives by donating plasma. On top of that, the lab tech’s face mask was off his nose! When I was called in the back, there were no available stations so they had me just standing by the sink with not much social distancing until there was a station ready. I’ll never go here again. I’ll be back at Quest Labs where the staff is very professional and treat their patients with respect and integrity.

New location! Had a Saturday appointment for lab work. It was moderately busy. I checked in, and I didnt have to wait very long. They called me in pretty fast. The phlebotomist was nice and efficient. She asked me twice if I felt okay. Overall I had a good experience.
Proffessional&nice. Quick blood draw and painless. Clean, privacy respected. Large building. Plenty of surrounding businesses and food.
I had to go in for some lab work this morning. The people that work there are kind and so considerate while they help you through your needs. I habe gotten so impatient with madk wearing because I struggle to breath because of my asthmas with these masks. And all of the people have remained patient, kind and caring.
One thing i cant stand is rude front desk people. She was more concern about finding out what her co workers where up to then helping the people waiting in line and when i came up to the window she had me feel out a form i had a question but i couldnt get my question in because she would not stop having personal conversations with her co workers. So rude they need to be trained

I have gone there like since they opened. I loved the one they closed in the URGENT CARE down the road. But the new one is very very organized and get people thru very quickly. My experiences have been quite good. But then again I know most of the staff which has no bearing on how well the staff is good at handeling all situations....they are good. 😊

The first nurse was rude and got an attitude when my daughter didnt do the urin in the cup, so I asked where the bathroom was, she didnt even answer me she just signed and pointed. I dont care though because another nurse came to help us and she was so kind and caring for my daughter.
Always a bad experience at this clinic. If its not one thing its another! I had an appointment at 7:15 a.m. and i even got there 5 minutes early, I wasnt called until 7:30 and it took an EXTRA 15 min. for them to actually help me and get my blood work done. There was a staff member with purple hair looking into each cubicle and she had seen me twice and didnt even bother to ask if i have been helped and then right after it seemed she went on a break. So after 15 min. finally one of the staff members asked if i had been helped. I suggest the clinic staff work on being more organized and more communicative with each other and the patients.

It is the last straw that there are 3 laboratories in one place. We lasted 2 30 minutes when there were 2 laboratories and we went this Friday, October 20, it was one in the afternoon and there were still people waiting, they did not answer us, they had nothing in the system and they have already sent them the information 2 times wait for the other coachella laboratory to be added this October 26 the chaos that the place is going to do is super small especially when they go in wheelchairs and walkers there is no doubt that greed always wins is like this we deserve to be treated there is a chubby girl that I attend is very rude corralan the others are very friendly.
