I unfortunately had to find a bail bond service but grateful for finding Bail Hotline.I reported to their Indio office a couple days after release from jail. I arrived for my appointment an hour early. The first thing I noticed was that there was literally only 1 employee (Ana) in the office working. I naturally assumed it would take forever to get out of there.Ana had customers coming in and out, the phone was ringing, she was faxing messages and entering information on her computer. Ana confirmed I was very early but somehow she juggled a few things around to take care of me. Ana is a true professional with stellar customer service skills. She had a lot going on but always smiled and was very friendly.Her having these qualities makes the horrible experience of having to deal with a situation like this a little less painful.If your calling around don’t waste your time because Bail Hotline offers by far the best deal out there.

Never a good thing when you have to look for a bail place. However this experience was a lot better than expected thanks to the young lady (Ana) at the Indio office. Eddie was amazing. As soon as I got to taking to him he made feel like I was gonna get out that day, which proved to be true. If I ever need to be bailed out again, which I hope never happens. Or if I gotta bail someone else I love out I will make sure to come back and speak with him.
