Santiago and Poncho, the owners and mechanics at this shop are honest, hardworking, and are top notch mechanics. Ive been taking my vehicles there for the last two and a half years and am always happy with the cost and workmanship. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

This review is long overdue and I apologize for not writing it sooner. Back in July 2016 my car overheated and I more or less destroyed part of my engine. My radiator was cracked. The belt on the side of the engine was shredded to ribbons. It was bad. Part of my engine had to be rebuilt and various other things had to be replaced. Im not very savvy with auto jargon, but when I tell you the miracle of a job Marcelos did for my car, I promise Im not over exaggerating. This was almost 5 years ago. My car is now well over 200,000 miles and I havent had a single issue with my rebuilt engine. And with everything that happened to my car and all the work that had to be done, it was more than a fair price. I remember speaking with Santiago and I just want to say thank you for your help and professionalism even though I was bawling like a baby when I heard the cost of the repairs. The time frame of work I was given was very on point as well. Thank you guys for saving my car.

Very very good experience everyones always a little leery when they go to an auto mechanic because of the bad ones it gives you a bad taste in your mouth and sometimes you dont trust the good guys well these guys are top notch

Marcelos was amazing to work with! Very professional and nice people. I called them being they were the closest to chiricao summit where my car broke down. I was unable to get a tow out to them so they were able to contact a company for me and asked the company to help me out . They easily figured out the issue within 2 minutes of my car being off the tow truck which was something with the axel, they did not have the part and it was already past 6 but they said they would have it done by 10 or 11 the next day. The gentleman who was helping me I cannot remember his name, but he offered to drop my son and I off at a hotel since we were stuck for the night. Next day he called at 10:40 saying my car was ready and also came and picked us up. It was only a 4 minute drive but 25 min walk so I was very thankful! I am so thankful to have found this place . Price was even better than I expected as well.

I called ahead of time asking if they could see me. I got there in 15 minutes and they turned me away. They werent even closed.

Let me just say i love this place. Their staff is awesome. They make sure to take care of the problem. Not like other auto shops that give you the run around.. 3 years ago my transmission went out plus the raidiater and a broken fan, havent had a problem with my car since. This guy knows his stuff. We travel from MS to Cali and had a problem with our vehicle that was purchased 2 months ago. This location came up in ny search and boy let me tell you. The staff was awesome they made sure we were cool and hydrated in this 111 temp. Plus he had us back on the road expeditiously! I would definitely recommend this establishment!

I am really happy I found this place and Santiago - I brought a car in that I was going to purchase and Santiago suggested dont do buy it - good call on his part. A quick and affordable place to get Smog check done... Good service, fast and friendly staff was referred there by a friend, called to make sure if I had to make appt or if I could do a Walk in, and they were open for me to go in at that same time.

The staff in particular Santiago went above and beyond to ensure our vehicle was back on the road and in excellent working condition. My car broke down during a road trip on I-10E just past Coachella. I was towed to Marcelos by AAA who recommended the location. I arrived on a Friday evening around 5pm and was able to speak to the owner right away about the problem. All of the staff were friendly and wanted to get me back on the road and soon as they could. They looked at my car that night but as they were soon closing they were not able to fix my car until the next morning. They offered a free ride to and from any hotel in the area since I had to stay overnight which was amazingly kind of them as it was not exactly an area I wanted to walk around aimlessly in the dark looking for a hotel. The next morning they diagnosed my cars problem (corrosion on wires from previously leaking battery) and fix it for a reasonable price. I was back on the road by early afternoon and the car ran perfectly the entire drive back home. Definitely recommend if you break down in the area. Also, everyone there seems to also speak Spanish so if youre more comfortable with speaking Spanish they can definitely accommodate that!Thank you Marcelos for getting me back on the road so quickly and ensuring I safely got to and from my hotel that night!

They began by charging 45 for a diagnostic, which was expensive but its a business. They then tell us that the motor and the tubes connected to the antifreeze reservoir was broken and it would cost 1,800 to fix. They even said the car would not go past 5 miles and it would not arrive to Phoenix. We risked it and with a few stops to let the car cool down, we still made it. DONT LISTEN TO THEIR EXAGGERATED LIES! THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO SCAM YOU!

Extremely good really helpful they speak Spanish too so its really easy to communicate with them. I took my A/C to get serviced to another mechanic and they quoted me $1,200, I came here and they did it for 120 and it worked perfectly they found the real problem, and real quick. I couldnt be happier!!!

I have been bringing my sedan, SUV, and truck here for 3 years and they by far have offered me the best prices as compared to Firestone, Ramonas, and the obvious dealerships.Santiago has inspected the cars within a reasonable time and has shown me the issues at hand and explained the differences between a working part and a part with issues.I trust them with my vehicles and will be the only place I go to for repairs.

Unfortunately my BMW logo on my key was missing after. I thought by me paying them was a fair trade. Santlago !! You the man. Let me start off by saying that this place saved me. I was traveling out of town and I break down 50 miles away from these guys. I start calling around because I wanted a quote on some work . I had shops tell me it would be any where from 250-550 to repair my leak. I had my truck towed here because the tow man suggest them. When arriving I was kind of sketched out because I did not know what it would cost. This man said 120 and it was a line and about 1 hr labor and he also stated that he would make sure nothing else is leaking. Man you are a hero !! Thank you. And this is the guy that had the navigator towed to your shop. Thanks my man!!!! The tow costed $350 compared to your $120 I cant stop talking about this!! And to top it off everyone told me wont be done for at least a day. I told this man that this is urgent and got me in right away!!

Kia Sorento Cracked Radiator 8-4-17. We were traveling home from California back to Florida. I was so stressed out the tow company recommended him. I am so thankful. when we arrived he immediate got to finding a new radiator and got me a very reasonable quote. Told me it would take 3 hrs they had it finished in 2 1/2. Plus they checked out everything else to make sure the rest of my trip would go smoothly. and loaned me his truck so me and my son could go get lunch while we were waiting. Above and beyond. Anyone in Indio, Coachella area I recommend this business for ALL your needs. We got back on the road and made it Phoenix before stopping for the night. Thanks guys and GOD Bless.

LIFESAVERS! I had broken down in the middle of the night with four more hours to go. I have AAA and I had asked the tow truck operator to bring my car to Pepboys to get fixed the next day. He did but had mentioned Marcelos in case Pepboys couldnt fit me in the next day. Pepboys could fit me in, however wouldnt receive parts until the next day! I couldnt wait that long or want to pay for another night in a hotel. A tow guy from Marcelos (cute too) had picked my friend and I up from the hotel, brought me to my car at Pepboys, hooked it up on his tow, and brought us to the shop. On the outside and I guess on the inside, its not much to look at...but its the quality of service that really matters. Sure the TV was in Spanish but EVERYONE there was SO kind, concerned and helpful! We were worried that we would be late for our checkout from the hotel, so the owner brought us to the hotel to check out, waited for us, and even stopped to buy us water at a convenience store before bringing us back to the shop. I couldnt believe that they had the parts and even finished fixing everything so my car could be safe to drive again before 12! I even had an oil change added at my request because I knew it wouldnt take long. Amazing! Plus, whatever parts that you buy from the shop, youll have a warranty on them. They even show the parts before they put them in your car if you feel like its sketchy. But honestly, in a bind like I was, I found this place to be professional, caring and efficient! I wish I didnt live so far or else Id definitely be back for all future services needed.
