These guys were awesome! Very friendly and courteous. Needed to find out why my car broke down. They told me the problem and charged a reasonable price. After asking how much it would cost to repair they even recommended not doing it because of the cost. The most polite and honest service workers Ive ever encountered. I highly recommend their services. Would 100% come back to them if I ever needed to.

When starting out on an RV trip, my tow vehicle overheated. I was towed to Als where they began to investigated the cause. They repaired what they thought was the cause but it over heated again. Rather than give up, they continued to investigated and replaced another component they thought may be the culprit at their cost. The problem continued, Mark, the owner called in a favor and had the Ford dealer mechanic come to his shop and he properly diagnosed the problem, again at no cost. I thought their service was exemplary and they really went out of their way to help a guy trying to go on vacation. Much appreciated!! These guys are PROS!!

The team at Als Automotive was straightforward, efficient and professional. My car needed servicing along with some minor repairs, and they did what was needed without pushing for extra work. Their prices were very reasonable and I would absolutely return to them the next time my car needs servicing!

We were on vacation in Indio and our a/c in our Ford F-250 went out. They took care of us and gave us updates on the progress. Very professional and good quality work. Took a few days and we were able to enjoy the last days of our vacation with A/c.

Came into Al’s with a suspension problem on my lifted tundra and for the life of me I couldn’t figure it out I explained my problem to Mark and he said “no problem leave it with me and I’ll call u when it’s ready”Sure enough later on that afternoon I pick up my truck and it’s driving great again! After that he’s been my go to guy for everything automotive he provides great quality service and follows up with u to make sure everything is to your satisfaction! A/C died in my car. Mark and his crew were awesome. Had the A/C diagnosed in about 20 minutes. Got me back in my car with working A/C by the end of the day. Inspected the entire car too. Super reasonably priced. I will be bringing my cars to him from now on.

Great shop. Took care of a blown transmission speedy fast. We were headed to LA from AZ on a Thursday afternoon, with only minutes to spare they ordered a new transmission, received it on friday and installed over weekend. We rented a car and on our way back to AZ picked up the ole suburban with the fresh new transmission. Been a few months now runs perfect. Thanks Mark!!

Mark runs a clean and organized shop which is reflected in his work and customer service. The job is always done right the first time. Weve taken our 09 Acadia, 98 Toyota Camry and 94 Chevy truck to him and we were satisfied with the job on all three. Knowledgable mechanic.

Took in my Cadillac Deville, called a few days ago ahead of time and they confirmed $70 diagnostic and that also goes towards the repair if I choose to do it with them, same as usual. Ive taken my two other cars in the past had no problem with them even did repairs as well. Well i go in and they want to charge me $150 to diagnose all they gotta do is put in the computer and read the codes and it doesnt go towards the repair. Switched up on me. The guy tells me its a change of policy and its so they dont lose money when people dont get their repairs done w them. Told him I was a repeat customer and I was gunna use them for repairs but he still denied, bad customer service. They lost a customer.

Als Automotive has been great! Mark has been the most professional auto service guy that Ive met, and his prices are very reasonable. Mark goes above and beyond the typical auto service repair shop!

In short, you need to use the shop for all of your automotive needs. My five-year-old and I broke down in the middle of the desert and Mark from Al’s automotive came to our rescue. We broke down late in the afternoon and Mark stayed late and fixed our car so that we could get back on the road. Also, he charged a very reasonable fee for the services provided when he absolutely could’ve charged substantially more given our circumstances. Do yourself a favor and hire this honest man to do all of you automotive work.

Went in with what I thought was a major throttle issue. The Ford garage quoted me tests that far exceeded $500. Took it in to Mark, he took care of the issue.
