Awful customer service by Leticia! These people made a mistake on their part and tried to charge me for it and cancel my insurance! Leticia was no help and even encouraged me to go somewhere else to not deal with me! She was so unprofessional and rude! This has to be the worst customer service I have ever encountered! If you’re going with farmers I suggest going to a different agency!

Awful place. The receptionist Leticia had me on hold and was saying awful things. I dont know if she thought I was on hold, on mute or what but I heard everything she said; these are not good people. Do not go here, if you are already a customer pull your insurance go to AAA
