The sales folks at Phillips are super attentive and knowledgeable. Very different from your big box stores. I took my time choosing colors for both vinyl and carpet. I didnt feel rushed when making my decisions and got to take a bunch of samples home to really see how it looks. I ended up with Mannington vinyl and a cloth backed plush carpet for the bedrooms. The installer was awesome as well. He was quick and cleaned up after himself each day, and communicated well with me when he would be back. Ive attached some before and after photos of our floors. We couldnt be happier.I plan on going back when we redo our bathrooms as well.

Let me start out by saying the floor looks really good. We got off to a very poor start, but they finished strong and we are happy with the floors. What we are NOT happy about is their customer service. We had them remove two rooms of carpet and replace with hardwood to match the remainder of the main floor. While installing the new wood, they hit a gas line and caused a gas leak. After a visit from Mid American to turn the gas off to that line I called them and was told they would cover the repair. Once the floor was finished and the gas line repaired, I sent them the bill for the repair and they refuse to pay. MULTIPLE different excuses later they still refused to pay for the repair, even though their installer hit the pipe. We had a bid out with them to carpet the entire second floor. We will NOT be using them. Customer service was rude and has refused to listen to our concerns. Stay away from these people. There are a lot of other good flooring places in town, their customer service was awful.

I rough estimated the price of my carpet and Jeremy told me that it wouldnt be that much. When he sent the estimate it was the price I said and not the price he said. I think they were out for more money!

Our sales rep Jeremy Donahue and our LVP Installers were very professional and personable. We are very pleased with our new floor. They planned 2 days for installation and had in completed in 5 1/2 hours.

Our new and resurfaced Phillips floors look absolutely amazing!Their experienced team refinished an over twenty years old hickory kitchen floor, then transitioned boards into a new hickory floor for our living room and hallways. Everything matches, the whole floor looks like one new, gorgeous hardwood floor. Stop by the Phillips store to see pictures. Also, had new tile and carpets installed too. They look great! Yes I am an ex employee. Ive seen the ins and outs of how you guys run your business and honestly 3 stars was me being generous. 2 star company at best.

I would give a zero if possible. less than two years after install, the stretch is completely gone, to the point the carpet is bunching and a tripping hazard, and they would not even come out and look at it...said only one year on install warranty. previous carpet was in place for 21 years and no stretch issues. Do not use Phillips as they do not back their work.

Phillips installed beautiful finished hardwood floors in our last home and, most recently, in our current home. We sold our last home in one day because our floors set the home apart in the market. Our new home’s floors also look amazing! Every single person at Phillips I dealt with was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and focused on our satisfaction. I hired Phillips’ floors to sand and refinish all of my hardwood floors, as well as make a couple of small repairs in the floor that were installation errors from 20 years ago by the builder.I was told that this was an essentially dust free process. I was skeptical, but the floors needed done (20 years of wear and tear with uneven stain) and just figured I would have to deal with the ‘consequences’. I was expecting a light coat of dust everywhere, but I was very happily surprised after day 1 (heavy sanding) when I returned home that things were as promised! Virtually no dust! Day 2 was equally pleasing after the edge sanding and fine sanding.The process went exactly as promised, with the exception that it was complete a half day earlier than I was told.The entire process was great. The sales/estimator showed up on time, delivered an estimate as promised and answered my questions thoroughly.The schedulers were pleasant and worked with my calendar. They were in contact several times to be sure things were still good from my standpoint.The floor crew was awesome! They showed up when they said they would, answered questions and gave me an update daily. They worked hard, were very friendly, tidied up at the end of each day, and cleaned up well upon completion.The overall finished floor is better than I expected. It truly looks like a new floor. I assumed that it would look like a refinished 20 year old floor. I was wrong, and Phillips’ Floors definitely under promised and over delivered.

Did you know that if you have extra products after job is done you still get charged they dont take it off the bill and they resale it. this happens on commercial&residential side. This is how they treat their customers might want to look else where. This is inside info from within the company.

Quality doesnt match the cost. We had Phillips refinish our wood floors and overall the floors look fine but they missed some areas and the service was only ok. They didnt sand, stain or finish the area under the front of the dishwasher and an spot along the kitchen cabinets and they sanded but didnt stain or finish the area under the fridge. When their supervisor came out to look at these areas after we called them about it, he said that these things definitely should have been done but werent. He was willing to have a team come out and fix these areas that were missed but in order to do fix these areas they would have to re-sand and re-stain large areas so wed need to be out of our house for yet another week. Definitely not the service or the workmanship we were expecting given the price that we paid.

WARNING, WARNING, WARNING!Needed new wood floor installed. From the beginning it went from bad to worse. Hired them as they claimed to have a sanding system that cleaned 99% of dust. Not! To start, the measurements were wrong so they didnt send enough flooring; which needs to acclimate for at least 72 hours in the house, as they informed me fron the start or it will not lay correctly and possibly crack. Which mine has done both. I had to reject 6 bundles of flooring as their, prime wood, was notted, cracked, and warped. I was told ALL employees are in house, only to find the installer was contacted.Both my wife and I are elergic to dust. There 99% dust free system, actually was about 20%, the other 80% took me 12 hours to clean, as well as for another $300.00, to get the entire HVAC system cleaned out. When it came to seal the wood, I was told the crew was run by their best man when they were done I had sealant on the walls, as well as dirty hand prints on the walls. All said and done my $3600.00 floor actually cost me $4700. After I had all the extra work, cleaning, painting, and cabinet repairs; as they cracked my custom cabinets in not one, but 3 places. The owner did not want to resolve or help at all. Of the additional $1100.00 I asked they pay $850. Owners words through his flunky, were $350. Take it or leave it. As relayed by his manager. This was after his team came back in for proof, which I supplied with receipts and pictures. We did manage to get them to come up to $500. but only by threatening legal action. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Great products with excellent service/installation

Very unprofessional for the price we paid, left us a huge mess to clean up. We will not work with this vendor again. Wish we would have paid more attention to other reviews.

The flooring was installed and finished earlier than promised and the price of the completed job was less than I expected.
