Went in for a trim and was scheduled with Sarah! I loved her! She did such a great job cutting my hair and giving me layers. Using product that actually worked for my hair type and showing me how to use it.

I LOVED EVERYTHING. The service was phenomenal. They cut my hair really nicely as i have textured hair that frizzes easily. The hairdresser was very friendly and skilled. Paid a great price for a great cut! I highly recommend this place!

Jill is amazing. I love going to One Eighty. Its the most beautiful salon, and its more amazing every time I go in. Shes so good at what she does, every appointment I walk out loving my hair. Bailey did a great job coloring and cutting my hair. As a blonde, Im always a little nervous but she blended everything so well! For just being out of school, I was impressed! I will definitely be back.

My first appointment was rescheduled by the stylist and I was ok with it. When I showed up for said appointment I was told that due to time a second services (that I had booked with my original appointment) was not going to be completed. I reminded the stylist that both times were part of my original appointment, then the stylist agreed. I overlooked this and decided to set up another appointment for 3 services 20+ days out to give it another go. New set of appointments booked before I left my first appointment. Im new to town wanted to give them a try and didnt want to have to drive all the way to Des Moines for services when I can support a local business. Two days before my 2nd appointment for 3 services by the same stylist my appointment was rescheduled. Grit my teeth and agree (days before Thanksgiving). Day before the appointment stylist called to cancel the appointment. Upset but I let it go because things happen and hopeful that it will be rescheduled. Its been 3 weeks and not a soul has called to apologize or reschedule the services that I booked. Beyond disappointed. Now I feel like I wasnt taken seriously as a client. I have overlooked treatment from this salon that I would normally NEVER allow to happen to me let along want to give 2nd and 3rd and 4th tries. Unprofessional. They also gave a recommendation for other businesses to visit in town (during my first visit since I was new to town) and I refuse to support those businesses just based on their recommendation from this salon. I will take my funds and support to the Des Moines area.

I am beyond pleased with how beautiful my hair turned out! The atmosphere is one of a kind and I am amazed how everyone is so upbeat and positive. 10/10

My whole family gets their hair styled/cut/etc at One Eighty. Ive heard good things about many of the stylists, but we always ask for Mikayla. Always a clean environment, friendly staff, and chic atmosphere.The product offering for haircare is more limited than at other salons Ive patronized over the years, but that doesnt really bother me.Pricing is higher than the average place for small town, but low-end for a city salon. As Indianola is pretty much a bedroom community for Des Moines, it fits nicely.

From the time I first walked in the door a year ago, the entire staff at this gorgeous salon has made me feel at home (and I was new to town). I can say that ANYTIME I go somewhere I am stopped by someone so they can ask who does my hair, Jocelyn is the answer, however I would recommend all of the professional stylist,

The spa was very neat and clean, and the service was wonderful. The ladies that helped me and my friends were very kind. However, I was not impressed with the quality of the manicure I received.I went in for a gel manicure, but it seemed as though all of the gel polishes were nearly empty; the woman working on my nails had to fight to get polish out of the bottle. My nails ended up being filed very crooked and there are many missed spots on the sides of my nails.Further, my manicure began peeling off less than one week after visiting the salon. For $40, I expect my gel manicure to last at least 3 weeks before peeling.Overall, while the spa had a nice atmosphere, I would not recommend it to anyone considering a manicure. The service is incredibly overpriced for such poor quality.
