Been waiting on someone to show up for a hour, after they were suppose to open at 10am

I was having issues getting set back up with my data plan on my tablet. I visited three different locations and none of them could help me. The manager, Zack, in Indianola didnt give up until he addressed my situation and got me fixed up. Terrific service and I am incredibly grateful.

I love visiting this site(I drive 45 min to get there just to experience great customer service) any time I have a problem, pay a bill or any of my cell phone needs that need to be taken care of, they handle it for me. Deidre has excellent maybe the best customer service I have had in years. The environment is friendly and I would recommend anyone to this store
