Grumpy! I had my taxes done here in 2018 and had a fantastic experience. Well one year later I realized I have misplaced the returns. Come this year I went ahead and wanted to try and do them myself so I called down with a few questions, the first lady (Chelsea) answered my questions wonderfully and was happy to do so. But I forgot I needed one more question, the second lady (Shelly) who answered the phone was far from happy! I got my question answered after she questioned why I had a question...last time I checked NOT YOUR CONCERN! Wouldnt recommend again that is for sure!
