Purchased a salvage title vehicle here - those can be great bargains or big rip-offs, depending. This car had been rear-ended but repaired properly - I took it to my own mechanic, who gave it the green light. I have been very happy with it. Nobody here is trying to rip anyone off. They seem to do quality work and drive an honest bargain. The delightful older couple living up the hill, who switched my plates and helped fill out the paperwork, remind me of the folks I meet on Ragbrai. Dont feel like you have to take your business to a big dealer with multiple layers of salespeople and management. There are still honest people out in the hinterlands you can do good business with.
