Excellent Store to do business with. Staff very knowledgeable and polite. I am amazed at the modern equipment this store has ! I am always 1000 % satisfied with any project they help me with.

I read through some old reviews and can say I havent experienced any similar issues with this store. All my interactions with a team member have been friendly, informed, and overall a pleasure to work with. We print a variety of items here from basic copies to more involved signs/booklets. Every deliverable has exceeded my expectations and I appreciate the ability to order/pay online.

We mail packages out of this branch several times a week. The staff is always friendly and smiling. I appreciate their customer service and have always had a great experience here.

This store is clueless. Tried to charge me an oversized package rate, when even after measuring the box it clearly was not. Go elsewhere is the most polite comment I can make.

Terrible customer service. Owner was rude and obstinate. Details are everything in this type of business, and yet the store is disheveled and disorganized. These people should not be dealing with the public. Will never set foot in that store again. Take your business elsewhere.

Young clerk is clueless, Ive been here twice, it is better to drive to a Des Moines location. Could not figure out how to ship a UPS item on a prepaid account, I was told they could not do that.!? I did get a second item shipped, but it was a painful process to get it done here.

Needed to send a fax. Fax sent to my cell phone at the bottom of the cover page instead of the fax number at the top of cover page, which said FAX #. Also charged me $18 - seriously $18 for a fax! Insane.

Went to return Direct TV equipment. clerk scanned only 2 of the items and not all 3 and was charged for not returning a piece of equipment.
