The lady and gentlemen were outstanding when the chainsaw blade needed a new. They even put it on for me to boot. Very professional and curtious I will be back next time I needed something for lawn care or farming.
Service Department is the bomb! But Sales team drops the ball quite a bit. Have given number twice to talk about purchases, and no call back. Maybe the Perry dealership will be better?
Way too expensive for service and they can say they are certified but I cant use my mower just 9 months after spending a fortune on service. They replaced a belt, 2 pulleys but not the tension spring which was rusty and 16 years old now I now have to pay for them to pick up my mower to have the tension spring fixed when it should have been replaced when I sent it for service.
Have had good experience with van wall but wish they updated their Saturday hours on google

Purchased a new zero turn mower this spring from indianola brach. Delivered it right away. Set up a fall service they picked it up when I wanted and completed service right away. Great place to do business.

Ive been using this location for all my agricultural machinery purchases since 2002 because of past experiences with John Deere quality and parts support, first of all. My son and I are small scale custom farmers who do legume/grass/hay seeding and complete hay processing with small squares and large round bales as a sideline business for folks primarily in Southern Warren & Dallas County land owners. This store has been under the ownership of three companies since I made the decision to stay with J.D. machinery and weve been satisfied with terms and customer service on all levels under each owner. We do hope the shuffling is done with so we see and work with the same folks day in and day out. When we turn repairs and equipment inspections over to them that are either beyond our skills or time management restrictions weve never had an excessive delay and all the Tech Staff explains what needs to be done and why and provides us with an estimate before repairs begin and we never have to bring equipment back for less than great workmanship. Sometimes parts fail but that goes back to parts imperfections time to time, not workmanship at the dealer store. Was sold wrong parts. After I was argued with about what I was asking for. Asked for links for 520 chain and was sold 50-2 links even after I showed them pictures of what I needed.
Customer service is a factor. Folks behind the counter could care less if they helped me or or not. Not impressed.
