Would give Dental Professionals P.L.C. a zero star if I could. Dental Professionals are out to collect as much insurance money as possible. My family were new patients and I went in for a cleaning and they used a water pick on my teeth for five minutes. Dental Professionals charged for a higher level cleaning without indicating insurance may not cover it fully. Shockingly, for a five minute water pick procedure they charged $100 more to insurance. Dont we all wish we could make $100 in five minutes! Insurance did not cover the procedure fully, which I was left charged for most of it. If presented with the possibility that most likely insurance would not cover, and was an upcharge option at time of service, I would have declined the service. A patient should be given the option to decline service with it is not covered by insurance instead of automatically completing the procedure if it is not part of the standard cleaning covered by insurance. Again, brand new patient to Dental Professionals. It feels as though there was a lets see what insurance will cover with a new patient mentality.When I questioned the charge, I spoke to no more then four different billing people. All of which, kept passing the torch to the next person. It was a simple solution....if I was not told of a possibility of an upcharge at the time of service...I shouldnt have been required to pay for that service Dental Professionals should have calculated my responsibilities for a standard insurance covered cleaning and credited the difference. They chose not to.Instead, Dental Professionals made a poor decision to not correct the bill and lost four patients over $100.

Receptionist when I called to cancel appointment because I got scheduled to work, was so rude to me. Not very welcoming.

All of the staff is great - friendly and professional. They are always very attentive to my dental insurance and making sure I know ahead of time if there is something insurance doesnt cover so that I am never blindsided. Very appreciated! Dr. Pins is always there when I need him. He always explains any issues and gives me options. I never have felt any pressure to make a decision on the spot. Hes the best!

Best environment ever! People at the front, as well as in the billing department, are always great to deal with. The staff & Dr Pins ( who my wife & I have used for years) are always respectful. Dr. Pins is very professional, understanding, efficient & good at what he does. I don’t regret one penny that I have ever spent there, and I have spent a lot of pennies :-)

Everyone is very friendly and patient care is GREAT!!! my Hygienist I think her name is Sue help take extra care of a sensitive tooth Plus put a extra support pad under my neck to help make me more comfortable. As always I felt great with clean teeth and helped my crazy smile again.

Dr. Jacobsen gave me options to choose how I wanted to move forward with my broken tooth. He explained everything in easy to understand detail. His assistant Amy is very kind and knowledgeable. The front desk gals are exceptional. They are friendly and helpful! Lisa has a personality beyond words. I don’t think I’ve ever met ANYONE that could touch a candle to her. She is the sweetest!!

I have been a patient of this great office going on 20 years. They have always given great customer service and patient care. The drive for me to get care with these professionals is well worth it. I have been a patient at Dental Professionals for 10 years. I think one of the things that I love most about them here is their positive attitudes and friendliness. From the first time you walk in the door, the girls at the front desk are so welcoming and everyone you see greets you. Dr. Pins is just a wonderful dentist too, he treats me like a person and not a dollar sign.

Dental professionals have fabulous doctors and staff. When you enter the building you are greeted with friendly staff. Granted no one likes to go to the dentist, everyone here tries to make us feel as comfortable as possible, if you are having an issue the doctors do listen to us and they will do their best to make sure you are not going home in pain or with too much discomfort. I had a crown replaced. I went home and it was not feeling right, the crown was too high. I called Monday, staff got me in that morning doc took care of it. No issues since.

Never going back. Agreed to have part of my work done in December and finish in January so I didnt go over my insurance coverage. They billed all of it to December and I got stuck with an $800 out of pocket bill And they refuse to change it. Not the first time Ive had problems with them but definitely the last.

Dental Professionals is a really great office. I have been going there since I was a child. When I go in for visits, I never wait long. When I call to schedule an appointment it is very easy and fast, I never have any issues with that. I can not say enough about these guys. Everyone from the staff up to the dentist. I had an accident on Sunday and broke 2 of my front teeth. The next day they got me in and inspected everything and that Wednesday I was getting fitted for 2 crowns and Temps put in. My wedding is in 3 weeks and I was really stressed along with my fiancee. They all did a great job of working with my time schedule and getting everything done. I will 100% recommend them to anyone and everyone I know. Thanks again guys!
