Second stop of the day and WHAM we bought a car. There was not a single staff member that did not bend over backwards to make our car buying experience exceptional. Their customer service is top notch. Negotiations were easy to meet in the middle and still give us the piece of mind of buying a certified pre-owned Buick. We are excited for the memories we will make in our new-to-us car purchase. Highly recommend a stop even if not in the market because who knows what you will drive away in.
I recently purchased 2 vehicles from Steven Aschinger and was blow away by the experience. He was not pushy or aggressive at all. The finance manager was also great, very informative and didnt drag out the process any longer than necessary. I was scheduled for service at Gregg Young Buick on 04/23/21. I arrived early and was taken right in. I asked if they would put in an accessory i had purchased and they did, no problem. I am always treated with the utmost courtesy when I go there. Everyone is helpful and courteous. The waiting room is very comfortable and I could watch TV or read my book. There was fresh coffee and popcorn. There is also a machine with goodies. The restroom is always clean and sanitary. I would recommend Greg Young Buick to my friends and family.

Service is good, but everytime and every vehicle I bring in they always get dirt on the plastic kick panel and door and arm rest and had my kids seat cover pulled off the seat so not happy with the lack of respect on keeping customers vehicles clean
Have two large scratches on my vehicle now. One that removed paint on the passenger side that I assume will be denied. It is also seems as common courtesy to put the passenger seat back after replacing the radio and maybe getting it off demo mode for me and setting the time zone like they do when you buy it. Was also promised a loaner car and then they didnt have one. A sales guy finally found something that he referenced as a broken car. That was frustrating as well.
This is the 2nd new GMC truck we have bought from Gregg Youngs. The people are great to work with! When a decision to purchase a vehicle is made, the paperwork is done quickly and without issue. Awesome experience. I bought my first car today and the workers were very rude easy to work with and extremely friendly. They were very transparent on what they had done to the car to get it in the very best shape possible. The car looked and drove like it was brand new. They also made sure to let me know that if there’s ever an issue with my car, to let them know and they’ll take care of it. Overall I was just very pleased with my experience, and I’m very excited about my car!
I had to remind them of the $500 Buick loyalty rebate..and they’re. a Buick dealer. I was supposed to get my new Buick Encrore GX filled with gas before I left the dealership and that didn’t happen. Called them when I realized I didn’t get my gas tank filled and they said send a photo of my receipt when I filled my vehicle which I did. I had to contact them twice to finally get them to send the check. They did not pay off my trade in when promised so another month’s payment came out of my checking account plus I was charged more interest for more interest for every day it wasn’t paid off. The salesman never responded to my text nor did anyone else from the dealership after they contacted me (there were 2) after they found out I was unhappy. They obviously DO NOT CARE about service after the sale nor about the fact I will never buy another vehicle from them…this was my first experience dealing with them and it trade vehicles every 2 to 3 years.

I don’t have anything bad to say about my experience. I went in for an oil change. I was an hour early but after some initial confusion as to why I had come so early I left the vehicle to be dealt with and was waiting in the waiting room same as every other place. They worked fast and I had some great conversations with the gentleman that sat with me. One had even bought his car from the dealership. So I was able to ask about his experience too. After all was said and done the process was good and I got what I came for.

I have brought 3 new trucks from Sean and his team will continue to do so.. customer service is great.. why 4 stars? Well until 2 weeks ago there was no service manager and the poor service advisor had to rely on his tech to do the jobs right.. my brand new truck was leaking air passenger rear.. I told them..when I picked it up..all tires were deflated to 35 not the 38 I wanted and I was told they were rotated and no issues.. Sunday am..same tire flat..I looked at my tires.. well I have ocd..the tires had not been rotated ..the grandsons m on the tire same place ..the red stone mark on front tire still there.. I called spoke to Tony ..he and Brian made it right ..they c got me vechile took it back gave me a loaner ...and fully inspected the truck..yep tire had a small screw..they got a new tire..no cost to me.. and took care of it.. I was assured that the tech that worked on my vechile was taken care off.. I will go back..I will do business with them..as they make things right ....and that is customer service.. thank you Tony Brian and Sean

Excellent customer service!! The team was able to repair /replace a defective part on my vehicle to resolve a problem I was having. The repairs were done under warranty as the factory warranty was expiring, while waiting for the parts...the battery died and although the warranty had now expired they still covered it. What a delightful experience! You see commercials that intimate that the car dealers are vultures looking to pounce on its prey. I have been to some of those dealerships, but the folks from top to bottom work hard to get a buyer what they want at a very fair price! I went to Gregg Young dealership in Indianola prepared to buy, but not expecting to find the best deal for my wife and me, but we found it. Sean and his top notch crew might have exactly what you are looking for also! The team is great, but Colton worked hard to show us several vehicles and run through all the bells and whistles so that we wouldn’t have to wonder what this or that button does. I didn’t mention that they will pick up you car for service and give you a current comparable vehicle to use until they return your car. Zero down time for oil change or other services they need to do. Don’t buy without contacting Gregg Young in Indianola!!!

Best buying experience that I have had and this is at least my 15th new vehicle.
I wouldnt call myself a problem customer but I think I gave them a run for their money with what I wanted as well as in the negotiations. But I always felt heard and at no time did I ever feel like the offers I made were out of line or unreasonable. My salesman was a very nice young man who treated me with total respect at all times. The sales manager also treated me very well and they worked hard to find me exactly what I wanted. I am extremely happy with my purchase and the sales staff as well as everyone else I dealt with at this dealership! I will be utilizing the free car washes very frequently!
Drove out of lot after oil change got about 100yds and lost oil pressure immediately took back to service dept where I discovered for them that the oil filter was double gasketed (is a common issue if your not paying attenion) young man layed on wet dirty driveway to fix and then proceeded to get in my truck with those dirty wet clothes and hands NO SEAT COVER!!!!! to go wash oil out from underneath NO APOLOGIES from service mgr that is NO WAY to treat a customer Iwill not ne back and will let all know what transpired and to be aware

All the people who were involved in the transaction were friendly and pleasant to deal with. I wish I remembered all their full names, but I began with Colton Otto, then met his boss Anthony, and the General Manager Sean O’Leary. While doing the financing I worked with a friendly and efficient lady whose name I sadly don’t remember, and Jason. I plan to do business with them again in a year or two.

Great customer service. We felt welcomed from the minute we walked in the door. No high pressure and there was genuine concern that we were getting everything we needed.
I had contacted the service department in regards to a tire pressure issue I was having with my 2020 Chevy Traverse.I had taken it to another dealership initially, where I had purchased it, to get an oil change and have my tire pressures checked. The first dealership told me I had a screw in the side wall that made one tire not repairable and I needed to replace it. The first dealership also told me a 2nd tire was “tore up” by gravel and could not be repaired. My vehicle had less than 12000 miles on it and is driven on gravel/dirt roads 2-3 miles a day 3-4 days a week, so not often.When I called Tony on a Wednesday morning, he told me he would be happy to take a look at it but may not be able to work it in until Friday or Saturday of that week due to other appointments. I totally understood. I dropped off my vehicle after business hours on Wednesday PM. By Thursday at noon I had received two calls from Tony: one of them stating he found my vehicle and the 2nd was to tell me that both tires could be patched and did not need to be replaced.Tony was professional and kind AND worked my vehicle in without an appointment extremely quick. I will continue to go to Gregg Young in Indianola in the future!

This is my second vehicle purchase for Gregg Young. First time it was at the Norwalk location. My experience started out ok. My sales guy didn’t know much about any of the cars I was looking at. I found a vehicle at a different location of theirs I wanted but it needed new breaks and didn’t have a back up camera in it like I wanted. They installed the camera which was great. And then I had to make an appointment for the breaks to be fixed because they didn’t fix them before I fixed it up. Then the Bluetooth stopped working, it’s been in the shop 3-4 times now and it’s still not fixed. Supposedly when your car is in the shop they are supposed to give you a vehicle until yours is fixed. That was the case for first couple times. Then the 3rd time they said go ahead and make your own appointment with the dodge dealer and sorry we are out of vehicles to loan out. So there I am at the dealer stuck with my 2 year old and had to call for a ride and haul a car seat. Bluetooth worked for like 2 weeks and doesn’t work half the time still. I called to make ANOTHER appointment, someone was suppose to call me back. Well it’s been months now and no one has called me back in service. I commute to work so I wanted a little larger vehicle, AWD, back up camera and hands free. I got 2 of things, the other 2 have been a mess trying to get right. They are good at getting your sale and then moving on. They sold me on their customer service they were supposed to offer and I haven’t gotten it and I still have a 2017 vehicle with no Bluetooth. My 2013 Bluetooth worked better. I also referred someone in who purchased a vehicle and was suppose to get a referral out it, that never happened and that was back in August. Pretty disappointed.
Very friendly staff. Got right in for an appointment. Unfortunately, they thought it was fixed, but it wasn’t and now I have to go back in. Very frustrating.

This has been the easiest vehicle purchase I have done. I went in to order a truck since it is nearly impossible to find what I was needing, and the salesman found exactly what I was looking for.
I was treated very professionally and with respect. There was a no pressure feeling and everything was explained to me up front before my arrival.
When I made the appointment I specifically told the scheduler I wanted Mobil 1 oil used AND if the dealer did not have Mobil 1 I would bring my own oil as I have done in the past. My wife took the car in for service as I was busy and could not make the appointment. When she got home and gave me the receipt it read they used DEXOS oil. If it wasn’t that I live an hour away from Dealer I would have driven back, made them drain the oil they used and put in Mobil 1. Probably take the car for future service somewhere else next time service is due

My father and I went to this dealership in Indianola. We both absolutely loved every single person working. They were very honest about anything we asked, and were very like able people in general. I had my young son with me and they treated him terrific, even if he kept running around. They helped in every way they could, and if one of them didn’t know something, they would call another worker in to answer it. Great customer service, and awesome deals. Will 10/10 go back next time I need a vehicle.
My first and last experience. I went into this dealership to simply get my remote replaced and my trunk button fixed. Nothing having to do with my engine. They did a inspection, that I didnt ask for and of course, said I needed $1600 worth of work. Nothing I needed to worry about immediately. I drove my car for a week and all of a sudden my car wouldnt start. Assuming it was my battery, I lifted my hood and there sat my air filter on top of my engine. They had taken it out and then they didnt put it back! Needless to say, I was very upset. If my battery hadnt gone bad, I wouldnt have known. I dont make a habit of checking a mechanics work! Also, I would assume a battery check would be included in their inspection and they didnt mention that at all. Granted, the air filter not being put back, my car ran and it wasnt life threatening (my car engine would disagree!) but what if it would have been an essential saftey item on my car??? Forgetting to put your car back together properly could put peoples lives in danger! I called to report it and didnt get much of a reaction at all. I will never go back. I would have zero confidence in their work.
