I was impressed by how professional Joe was. He came to my home on time & completed removal & installation of my garbage disposal in a timely way! He was very knowledgeable & friendly & used his time wisely! I will definitely contact him if I need any of the many services he offers! Kudos to Quality!

Quality is hands down always my go to for any and all plumbing issues & HVAC . I am writing this review today because I think it’s the least I can do considering I use them for almost everything I can. I love the techs they are friendly, knowledgeable and also teach me things here and there. Lisa from the office is super sweet and patient. Shout out to Lisa, Mandi & “Little” Joe! These are usually the 3 I always get to talk with or meet with on calls. The owner is super friendly as well ( Big Joe) and awesome to work with as well. Joe M. did an excellant job repairing two toilets and replacing a bathroom faucet. The service was provided in a timely manner from the day of request. And I appreciated having my questions answered about the how things work. A very pleasant experience!

The repair person was on time. Used covers on his shoes. Kept me informed what he was doing.Did a great job. I had fixtures replaced in the bathtub and sink besides the ac mtc. Was very happy with the work that was done.

Very impressed with this company. I called and they were at my house within an hour! Quick and informative and got the job done. My AC went out in my shop and they had it fixed in 45 mins.

Great company to work with, they were prompt and very effective. The two plumbers that came and fixed our leak we’re great!!!! We had another issue other than the one they came to fix and when I asked if they could just look at it and I could make another ticket for later they fixed it right then. Joe at Quality Plumbing did a fabulous job finding the problem quickly and getting it fixed at a very fair cost. I have used Quality Plumbing in the past to put in a water heater and to repair my furnace and have always had quick Fair service... I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality honest company.

Joe was here at the time the office said he would be. He was courteous and made it easy to explain the issue. What I thought would be a nightmare was simply a seal that was not tightened enough. He showed me how to fix it if it happened again and he made it simple. I would recommend them anytime!

I have used Quality for a few plumbing and HVAC maintenance items over the last few years, including install of a new AC and Furnace, running a new vent and installing a kitchen faucet/disposal. Their staff is always super friendly and knowledgable. I have and will continue to recommend them to friends and colleagues looking to have plumbing or HVAC work completed in a timely manner.

Joe did a great job installing our new tub and shower. Very professional and did an excellent job. We will be bringing him back to complete our other tub installation in a few months.

Had them come out to my grandparents house to install a new handicap toilet for them a month back. Grandpa said he was very polite and professional. He even put cloth down before carrying the old toilet out. Seeing these reviews from people that didnt use them prompted me to let everyone know that they we had a good experience with this company.

They came right away and fixed. They. even rearranged their schedule due to our breathing issues. Couldnt have asked for better!

Saw this company at my neighbors place and noticed some unprofessional “physical interactions” between employees in the driveway. Talked with my neighbor and he said it was a simple service call. So why 2 people and 2 vehicles? The company I use has 2 people in 1 vehicle when they are training new hires. Glad I use the company I do and don’t have to worry about possible billing of unprofessional behavior.

I find it funny that I came across a few bad reviews (relating to the “couple”) for this business on a local online chat and then see that a similar review relating to the forum. Sounds to me like a small obsolete company that needs to grow with the time... and I actually thought about calling this company for service?I’ll try their competitor, based upon feedback

Tried to stay local, called and scheduled to have a humidifier installed. Informed them of my schedule and asked if my time frame would work. They said yes. The tech arrived outside of the time frame that was agreed upon. I am very disappointed and was inconvenienced by the tardiness of the tech as well as lack of organization and communication from the company to keep their word in regards to scheduling. I have rescheduled and will see how that goes.

I can’t say enough good things about this company and in particular about one of their technicians, Mandy. She is so dedicated to helping her customers and I couldn’t be more grateful. Mandy went out of her way to help my dad, way further out of her way than could ever be expected. If you are lucky enough to get Mandy as your tech then you are in great hands!

My furnace quit working, so I called for an appointment to get it fixed. The office staff was very friendly and worked me into their schedule the same day. The service tech showed up on time, diagnosed the problem correctly and got it fixed.

Quickly diagnosed and repaired heating system. Very professional.
