Normally, when you live in a house that was built in 1954, anytime you do something to your home, theres always something that goes wrong. Over the years, I have always prepared myself for this fact. This is NOT one of those times! From the moment of the sale to the post installation minor tweaks, this has been an amazing experience! My house has never looked better! Im so pleased with my windows and the whole process, I have been telling everyone! I should be in your commercials! Thank you to the whole team!

We wanted to replace 9 old wooden casement windows in our home with new vinyl double hung windows. We called for an estimate. Their estimator was nice, pleasent & professional. We decided what we wanted as far as style. We have stained wood trim throughout our home. We chose a color for the inside of the window that perfectly matched our trim. (I did not pay attention to the color name just the fact that it matched perfectly) We also wanted full screens. We wanted a frosted glass window for our bathroom. The estimator drew up a contract & went over it with us. We agreed & signed & gave half the money down. A month or so went by, we got a call stating that our windows were made & ready to install. We set up an appointment for installation. Upon arrival the crew for right to work removing the old windows. I try not to hover over people as they work as I dont like it when people do that to me. In a short period of time more than half the windows were already in place. (the crew was fast and efficient) That is when I noticed that the window color didnt match our trim, it was way off and I know for a fact NOT the color we chose. I immediately called our estimator and told him what was going on. He said he would relay the message to the higher ups. Meanwhile the installers continued installing. It was too late to stop now... So within a few hours all windows were installed, trim was installed & outter wrapping was complete. The windows were very nice, worked properly but were the wrong color. AND, I noticed only HALF screens & the bathroom window was NOT frosted. So I went & looked up our contract. It stated half screens, light oak color, which is NOT what we wanted or agreed upon and was not what the contract stated as we went over it with the estimator. Now I was mad! Over the next few weeks I received several phone calls from several different people at Window Nation. They kept staring that they honored their contract exactly and we signed it. So basically we were screwed! I sent them many many photos of the color difference between the windows and our trim. They sent the estimator back out, he took photos. They sent another guy out, he took photos. I wanted them to bring the color swatch thing so we could 100% verify that the color of the windows we received was NOT the color we ordered. They would not because that would have proved that it was THEIR fault that they had the color wrong. So several phone calls later we bickered about the remaining balance, & they did offer to lower the price a little. (it was not enough) my wife wanted all new windows the correct color. They would not do this UNLESS we paid an extra $2000. What???? They wanted to charge us MORE for THEIR mistake! (Which they would not admit fault) We were NOT going to pay MORE! So after even more phone calls, they offered to change the complete trim around the windows, to match them, but I declined because we thought it would look even worse as it does not match the rest of the trim in the house. Finally I was so tired of the back and forth phone calls, we agreed on a $1400 reduction in the final payment. Honestly that wasnt near enough but they werent not going to go any lower and they were not going to replace our windows with the correct color. I still did not get the full screens or the frosted glass in the bathroom window either. Check check and double check your contract, colors, style, screens, everything! I know for a fact that the contract we received via email was NOT the same as what was on the estimators computer. We verbally discussed color, screens and frosted glass more than once.Window nation would NOT admit fault! Also, the installation crew should have paid better attention to the color of the new windows & trim color and notified me before they even started as I would have stopped them right there and we could have corrected this before the work even started.-The windows are of a very good quality.The installation crew was fast, efficient, clean and knowledgeable.-Just VERY disappointed with our experience!

If you are looking to make a big home purchase like windows or doors this is the ONLY company to use. Kristian was a great sales man, nothing cheesy or pushing products on me he made sure I got exactly what I wanted at a price I could afford. Installation was clean, fast, and the windows are perfect. My installation was not completed and I was told someone would contact me the following day. The following day I foolishly authorized full payment before the job was completed, 10 calls and 3 weeks later after broken promises I finally got someone to show up and finish the job. Im sure if I had not authorized payment they would have come out immediately to complete the job.

He was honest about the length of time it might take to install and we were happy with his entire presentation.

Window Nation installed 14 windows for us. The installation crew did an excellent job! My wife was around for just a few minutes during their final installation, but after the conversations she had with them, she told me I had to leave a good review. I agreed! They were all very courteous and friendly. They explained the process really well. They made sure they worked around us so that they didn’t impede on our normal lives, but that wasn’t really an issue anyway. They showed up at the earliest time they could and completed the install on time. All the work looks great.It’s not every day that you have a construction crew that meets all of those characteristics. These guys were simply perfect for the job.I also want to say that the process of ordering windows was much better than 90% that I interviewed for the job. They were not pushing in any way. They did not create a sense of urgency. They always dressed well and communicated well. They never once put down their competitors.Finally, the quality of windows they install is quite high. I would place it at the top end of mid-level vinyl windows, at least equivalent with Polaris and Okna windows. They look and operate great. The efficiency ratings of the windows is excellent. You can probably tell that Ive done my homework on these.So, there it is. My experience was great. I hope yours will be, too!

My windows were installed and they leak terrible.Ive been blown off time after time. They even come to fix them and they still have air leaks. Strongly recommend using a different company.

If you want real reviews of this company, go to the Better Business Bureau reviews. In St Louis, we ordered new windows to be installed in August 2020 and paid about half of the cost then. We were told they would be installed by Thanksgiving 2020. They were installed just before Christmas 2020. Regarding the installation, they came and put the new windows in without insulating around the windows or replacing the window casings and sills(which we paid extra for). The caulking around the windows is the biggest joke you have ever seen and we spent many weekends cutting and sanding the caulk completely to redo it ourselves. When we told them we paid extra for new window casings and sills, they knew nothing about this and just asked for a check for the remaining balance before they left. Thank god we refused to pay off the balance. A couple weeks later, a man called and came out and agreed with everything we were complaining about and said he would be back in a couple of weeks to do the job correctly. Nothing. In February, a man left a voicemail saying due to COVID they were waiting on the parts to finish the job. Someone please explain why it takes months to get wood that i can go to any Home Depot and get in an hour. In fact, we did go to Home Depot and insulated around the windows and then did the window casings ourselves and the work we did is way better than their work and is finally done. We have left 2 voice messages for the man that called in February and no response. When they finally call(who knows when that will be), they will be told the work is done and there is no way they are touching anything else in this house. If this company has any pride, they will just deduct the money for the work they didnt do and we can be done with each other. Not to mention the work they did was complete junk and we are still trying to fix it ourselves. We have spent tons of money and tons of hours already fixing their work and have no intention of giving this company another dollar. Its been 8 months and i guarantee one day they will call to finish the job and i feel sorry for the people that have to deal with us and try to get the rest of the money for work that they didnt even do. This company deserves to be dragged like they are on the real reviews(which are on the BBB website). Will this even make it to their review section on their website?

Our home is desperately in need of new windows, so I called to set up a consultation. Anthony arrived on time and really listened to everything we wanted for our project. He answered every question we threw at him, and made us feel confident that we were making our final decisions with complete confidence.

Two weeks after installation I got an email from Bernadette stating I was late on my payment. My payment was sent with the installation crew immediately after the job was done.(Why they do payment like this in a world where there are so many more secure ways to pay I don’t know, but that was the only option I was given at the time). After a few stressful hours of waiting to hear back, someone called and said they had the paper the whole time and didn’t know why Bernadette had sent the email to me. When they finally took payment, they charged my card twice. I called multiple times and left a message and still never heard back from anyone. I had to go through my bank to cancel one of the charges and still never heard back from anyone.

Window nation installed a patio doorin my condo. Installation crew were efficient,courteous and replaced all furniture, rehung drapes and completely cleared all debris from area. A very good experience, we had 22 windows replaced. They were professional in all aspects. very friendly and courteous. we had a 2 story home they had all completed in 2 days. Raul the chief installed was great to work with. they cleaned both days and left nothing for us to do. Windows are top quality! I just can not sat enough good things about our installers.

There was a delay in shipment of the windows due to the pandemic. However, once the windows were received in Indianapolis, we had them installed within a week and they look AMAZING. I cant wait to see my additional savings due to the quality of the windows.

From the very beginning with Johnathon in sales on video conference, to Amy with scheduling and ultimately the final installation, we have been really impressed with Window Nation! Very professional and not pushy at all. Their work is guaranteed and they stand by the quality. Phil and Jerraco with installation were so professional and easy to talk to. They explained everything every step of the way and cleaned up after themselves meticulously each day. Those guys worked so hard! Someone came out from Quality Assurance and checked in to see if we were happy with the work, and she was really nice. This company really does go out of their way to be sure the customer is completely satisfied. We did have a difficult window that caused some initial issues, but Shawn came out right away and arranged to have Brad Mason and Mike DAmato handle it from Vytex. Those guys even got on ladders up to my 2nd story window and cleaned both sides thoroughly to be sure it looked good to me! We have been really impressed with our new windows and door.They are not only beautiful, but we noticed a temperature change almost immediately on one of the hottest days in August! We would recommend this company to anyone!

I was really unlucky. A lot of edits were done on the quote because employees kept making mistakes. During installation, they had to order extra parts . Mistakes after mistakes . And a bill for payment was sent to me before the installation was completed. Really bad work.

We contacted Window Nation for a quote to replace windows and Jamie ( their consultant ) arrived 10 min. late but he did call so no big deal.He laid everything out in a clear manner complete with definitions and explanations of products and processes on window construction and different types of products.This was not the only quote we obtained but was by far the best presentation .Jamie also let us know that including the measuring, ordering and manufacturing process we would be looking at 8 - 10 weeks and all the costs were clearly laid out up front.Our neighbors had their windows replaced by WN so we went and talked to them about their experience and they have been very pleased with their windows and said they noticed the difference with new windows.We went with WN and if the rest of the process and installation is as professional as the presentation from Jamie ( consultant ) I think we will be very happy with our decision.JV

I was looking into getting replacement windows for my home and had gotten one estimate from another company. Window Nations sales guy came out, and it was pretty much a high-pressure sales pitch. He even said at one point that since I have a corner lot, I was going to make him a lot of money with his sign in my yard, which I found inappropriate. I was ready to move forward with this project and their price was better than my first estimate, so I went ahead and ordered windows despite the sales pitch. The wait time for installation was within the 6-8 weeks estimate given to me at the time of purchase. I was told that I would receive a phone call a couple of days before installation to let me know when to expect them and the prep I would need to do before the installers arrived. I had to call Window Nation the day before installation because I hadnt heard from anyone. Installation was a two-day job, and on both days the crew was short a person. The main installer worked extremely hard and it was obvious he knew what he was doing. The installer with him on the second day was also a hard worker. There was much less mess than I had anticipated, and they did a good job of cleaning up inside and out. I give the installers 5 stars and the company 3 stars overall.

Their technician was working on my neighbors house and he threw his old used box knife blades over the fence in my yard. I have kids and dogs. Not very professional and very reckless and dangerous.

We had a few meetings with our window salesman. After signing the contract, he came back and said it was going to be more because they didn’t factor in the color we choose. We made a mistake and went with them any because they seemed to be the better window at a better price. We put down a deposit and we were told the windows would be installed in October 2020, but here we are in February 2021 and still no windows. They are supposed to give us updates, but that hasn’t happened. They aren’t responsive either.

Lamont was knowledgeable and honest and helped guide us through the process. We had several companies out but none offered the same value for product, warranty and price.

I called to get windows. Measured all windows from the inside for them (as they dont come out, they try to do it all over the phone), answered a few more questions for them through email. And then they still wanted me to go OUTSIDE to take pics and get them more info on how they were now installed. I was going all the leg work for the install. No thanks. We had another company come put us new windows in the next week. Window Nation is the cheapest out there, sure. So are their materials and labor. You get what you pay for. Buyer beware.

I received no paperwork whatsoever from this company. How am I supposed to make a claim if I have no paperwork to prove that I even had windows installed. The two men that did the job were friendly enough but they left slivers of metal from the trim that they did. One I found in my foot. I found paper towels an empty tube of caulking and additional metal slivers in the yard. The windows do look great and so far are performing as a new window should.

I went through their website to review my experience, but I did not like how my review did not post publicly and only sent a message to the company. First off, I just purchased a home (woohoo) and the windows that were installed are good quality! I also have no complaints about the crew, led by Angel, they were wonderful! Professional, kind, and did a great job. I had some trouble with the sales representative that I spoke to, Anthony. As it seems most experiences on here have been, it was a high stakes pitch. I was hesitant to sign before I thought through my finances, so he offered me a deal only if I financed through their program which he told me was a 9% interest rate. I signed, got approved, and received the paperwork to come to realize that it is in fact an 11% interest rate. On top of that he promised that the crew would take care of some water damage that I had around my front windows, and the crew instructed me on how to fix the damage but stated that it was not something that they do with the installation. I feel that the sales rep should be more knowledgeable about the process to avoid these types of empty promises. I scheduled my install date for September 4th for 5 windows, one was broken in transit and then the replacement did not come with a screen. So it is 9/30 and I still dont have a screen for my fifth window, which has been frustrating.

The sales process was very smooth. He was informative and friendly and helped get all the paperwork turned around quickly.Our issue has been with the never-ending installation process. The overall time-frame has been extremely long. We ordered in May, and once our windows finally came (in late July), they were installed all in one day, but we had broken panes and a missing screen, so we will have to wait another 4 - 6 weeks (after the initial 12+ weeks after we ordered them) for the job to be completed. All the while not really receiving any updates from the Project Manager on the status and having to send multiple emails to get any answers.

Only giving one star because you cant give Zero! Beware of this company. They advertise on the radio they are offering 24 mo with no payments to help customers during the Covid 19 pandemic. . When the sales Rep came to my house and I ask about the 24 mo program, he literally said its only available to people with excellent credit and he doubted I would qualify! I couldnt believe he said that to me, he had been in my home for 5 to 10 min and knew nothing about me or my credit score. I later found out from a competitor Window Nation is charged a very high fee from the finance company for offering this, so the sales reps try not to offer it because it greatly affects their commissions. They only use it to lure in customers, I dont know why but I let him continue his demonstration. The window was average, no different than any other window. I have 12 normal size double hung windows and he started at $22,000.00. Then said if buy today he could do it for $15,545.00. When I asked to have a day to think about it not only did he say no the deal is off the table but he got angry and left. Very high pressure tactic. I went with a competitor for a comparable window and paid $11,998.00. Oh and by the way Window Nation my credit score is excellent and it didnt matter, as I paid cash! Thanks for the insult!

Kristian was awesome to deal with and gave me a great education on the window process. Everything about it was very informative and easy to understand. The company was very organized in the communication and scheduling. During the installation, we received both a phone call and a site visit to make sure everything was going well and see if we had any questions. Ruben and his crew were great during the installation, keeping everything clean and organized. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone putting new windows in.

He has worked with me for over a year and waoted for my credit to get where I needed it to be in order to purchase my windows from him. Keeping in contact (not in a bugging to pushy sales way) to see if I was ready for windows or where my plans were on getting them installed. He was great on figuring out which would be the best for my home and let me know of any affects due to the age of the home. All in all he is a great guy and great face to face person when communicating with people and standing behind his employer.

Everything went perfectly. We love the way they look, the warmth and certainly the professionalism of our sales person lynn. And dont want it to go unmentioned, the two installers. They did a great job, cleaned up behind themselves and were very polite. I definitely give these people a 5 star. The gal in customer service was quite rude to my wife, but I wont hold that against this company. They were great!!!
